    Nice work...One question though. How to make the complete aircraft in a single file? Here you have made a wing in a different file. How to combine them?

    hello! thank you very much for your tutorial! How can we make those curves end so they would be in the same plan?

    12:45 how did you make the end air foil sketch? Once you did convert entities how you have those close air foil sketch. Please explain

      I made a reference plane at the end of the leading edge and trailing edge, then I made the airfoil sketch and used 'pierce' function to connect it to the leading edge sketch and trailing edge sketch. Hope this helps :)

    I found the same 3d plane at the beginning of your video. I notice that when I cut out only the wing and import it in ANSYS Fluent, I cannot run fluid analysis bc the wing is hollow. Anyway around this? I do not want to redraw the wing =[[[

    I'm having trouble with the leading edge.when I do my projected curve it isn’t connect to the first airfoil shape that we made.

      Try doing it in sections. and also try surface loft. Surface tools are much more flexible :)

    Hi. I have a problem. Both final point of curves aren't in the same plane parallel at right plane. Can you help me pls?

    • @cad.art.design.5933

      7:35 Use construction lines from the already sketched curve to find out where the end point of the next curve would be or to make all the curves end on the same plane. This method can be used to on any plane. Hope you got it :)

    How exactly do you do the initial sketch of the base portion of the wing at 3:59? There's so much occlusion from the rest of the wing and engines, seems like you did a lot of guessing?

    • @cad.art.design.5933
      @cad.art.design.5933  5 лет назад +1

      yes, I did a lot of guessing. None of these are actual dimensions.

    There's one major flaw here. Unless you are going to show the airplane taxing or parked with the gear down, your wing curve is in the wrong direction. In flight, the wing bends the opposite direction most of the time. It is designed to be straight during landing condition,with about 95% lift of an airplane that has about 30% fuel left onboard but upon takeoff, climb, and the first two thirds of the flight at least, the wing is bent upwards, not downwards.

    To bad that you talk about sketching the Base of the WIng.......and wush, the Base is ready. Would have been nice to know how you've sketch it.....
    Edit: You talking to use this and that and you don't show it how it's made......only the finished.......Did you have too little time when shooting this video? :-(

  • @afreedfaizan4345
    @afreedfaizan4345 6 лет назад +2

    Im not satisfied with the way your making the wing. Fuselagethere was no way.
    But you could have imported "NASA SC(2)-0714 AIRFOIL (sc20714-il)" Data and then vary the size along guidelines.

      I understand, Like I said, the videos I make here have nothing to do with the real engineering aspect of the design. :)
