REQUIRES FALLOUT 1ST TO DO THIS METHOD. Yes I know, that sucks, but don't shoot the messenger for it. Bob Loud did this same video and it took almost 6 min for him to explain it and was praised for it. I do it in 60 seconds and it's the complete opposite reaction 😆.
I only had 60 seconds and I'm sorry that it didn't include the method where YOU CAN DO THIS WITHOUT FALLOUT 1ST. You'll need a friend to do it this way though.
Hate on Fallout 1st all you want, but don't make it seem like it's my fault that it's an easier way to do this exploit with having it.

It is unfortunate that Fallout 1st makes it easier but it can still be done with a friend for free. I'm not responsible for Fallout 1st so I don't know why I'm being criticized heavily for it. I was just trying to show a little exploit.
I bought it for 1 month to get the ncr ranger outfit and store all my scrap and ammo outside my main inventory. So I only have to sub once a year to get the most out of how I play.

Eh. It may work but most ( not all ) resources are so easy to get.
It's true that many resources are readily available, but ease of access can vary depending on the specific resource, location, and what one can afford to achieve with time they have. If you have a particular resource in mind, this should help guide you.

Bro why is fallout 1st a thing and why do people actually support it, dont they realize some things just shouldn't be there (Scrap box, Ammo locker) things like that are in their other games for free (unlimited space)
