Thank you and you are welcome! Here is a tutorial I did for a handstand on rings ruclips.net/video/UU2gnuYZYcE/видео.html&index=32&list=PLjd0mzCt9ylZjtb0yTPcKWmKVej0vh15A
A few things that might be able to help is to work on improving your shoulder flexibility so your handstand line is straighter and less likely to arch to get to a handstand (you can rest your arms on one of bars from the side and keeping your head pretty buried and in, you can let your shoulders go down while having some resistance on the bar). And you can work on a hollow body position by doing some hollow holds on the floor. Hope this helps some and good luck with your training!
Hey Alexandru, first you can try and get a solid handstand on the parallettes on the floor. Then you can do some handstands on the parallel bars on the end facing out and practice pirouetting/turning off to the side if you fall over and when you are comfortable you can try them in the middle. You can also do a handstand forward roll in between the bars (and you can start off by practicing just regular forward rolls between the bars to upper arms). Good luck with you training!
Thank you for the very informative and helpful vid

What happens if you fall over from that parallel bars? How to fall over and not hurt yourself ?
