The figure I NEED. Wish they included a fake arm and shoulder sling
Good call forgot about that. Sling would have been easy
that would have been awesome to get the fake arm/ shoulder sling. I think both the Diesel and Doink figures needed one more thing to go with them. Both are still really cool nonetheless.
Heel doink was utter genius but not utilised which was heartbreaking really. The gimmick could have gone so far
I understand it outlasted his stint in the WWE.
Matt Osborne was a good clown but he was actually an even better in-ring worker. I’m really glad to see him get the spotlight again with this Ultimate

I am being completely honest Doink the clown is my second favorite wrestler or all time. Number one is Rowdy Roddy Piper, Doink the character is amazing in my opinion. It was just never used to its full potential, like it would be cool back in the day if Doink was this crazy clown carrying a mallet and almost retiring stars. That would have been so sick.

I love evil Doink, one of my favorite characters ever and this figure captures that era perfectly. That main head is the face I picture when I think of Doink. Great figure. Definitely think we'll see that torso on an Ultimate Kevin Owens some time in the near future.

I'm really hoping for an Ultimate Edition Jake the Snake and Rowdy Roddy Piper in the future. To see them make Doink before so many others was such a surprise, but they did a great job. The Diesel was just average.

I just told the story recently to other wrestling fans while standing in line for a rey mysterio signing. I was a weird kid. I was born in 81 and my mom and grandma were both wrestling fans so i watched since i was born. Like every kid in the 80s Hogan, warrior guys like that captured that cartoon like feel and you loved them, but in 4th grade Stephen Kings IT miniseries came out, and my love of clowns started. Doink was the 1st wrestler i remember in my head making the choice to like. Evil Doink Matt Bourne was my man. I loved him. I literally pre ordered this ring last year with the hope it would reach that tier so i could get the figure.
Diesel was just thrown together lol

A lot of people are missing out, even though I didn't grow up watching Doink, it's awesome.
I love how the face is modelled after Matt Borne. By the the best version, plus he was such an underrated performer in the ring. He was just as technical of a wrestler as some of the best of that time. Its too bad his addictions put a black eye on his legacy in the business.
Finally ordered my own! Just waiting for its arrival now.

Thought the villain Doink was great, side note, I was watching a shoot interview with Matt Borne (original Doink) and he mentioned Rocky Johnson so I tweeted The Rock and he actually tweeted me back, true story
Evil clown Doink was good and I wish Matt Borne was never let go.
They could give the mallet to the fiend when he returns (but repaint it obviously)

Doink's torso is like the ultimate version of a Kevin Owen's torso hopefully that means we're getting an ultimate KO in the near future.
When I was a small little pimp I had these pvc figures you could buy at Kaybee Toys, I don't remember seeing them anywhere else.. called Clown Arounds, they were like Smurfs.. had a whole little town and clowns for everything like the monsters clowns, cop clowns, etc.. I had a bunch of those clown toys!!..
Doink was not my favourite wrestler but he sure makes an awesome wrestling figure.
Just got my Doink in today!! EPIC New in box. Very sweet I may need 2 😅. Still need Diesel 👍🏽

Doink and dink were my only autographs in person. I got them as they were leaving the arena still in their face paint. One of the best comedy matches of all time is clowns r us vs royal family
@kyle... I'm fairly sure Mattel did a crazy easter egg on this fig... I think those head sculpts are different people.. IE one for each of the people that played Doink in the 90's.... if you look close they are different shapes and have different make up apps.... that can't be an accident. Doink was infamous for having multiple people play him on TV (even had 2 doinks at WM9)... I think Mattel made a nod to that with this figure
I have those other three Doink The Clowns you displayed. The two elite ones I have displayed on my wall and the Jacks one I have on my shelf.
They could have used a hornswoggle mold to make Dink!

Great review!! One of the biggest reasons I funded this was for Doink. Not my favorite wrestler but definitely a memorable one and he translates into a great figure. I can't wait to get mine. Oh yeah, Killer Klowns from Outer Space!

I thought about this sling and fake arm as well, one other thing I thought it needed was with the entrance jacket it needs some white gloved hands.

Ring collectors is a nice page but they should make it easier to look for certain stuff.

Such a great figure. I'm not a big Doink fan mostly because I wasn't watching as much during his run. But as a toy/figure this thing is awesome. And I never got that Classic Superstars (great figure too) so it will be good to finally have a Doink. Dink included would have been awesome, but a great figure regardless.

Another great review man. So I watched this, Ultimate Diesel and the Arena videos. I wonder if the lack of packing tape or ties on the Diesel fig are due to trying to satisfy release dates or to save wherever they could for the price offering or a combo of both 🤔. 250 sounded steep last year but as I wait for my New Gen Arena to ship I feel like this whole package deal is worth it.

I grew up around rowdy older cousins and several younger ones too.. I was some where in the middle, but old enough to be accepted by the older cousins who would mimic nwa/wcw four horsemen and beat down the younger cousins.. horsemen style.. had one little cousin always running at the mouth, we got a hold of him, held him down and gave him a Ric flair strapping with his own sesame street belt... point is had you said doink was your favorite you'd get a horsemen beat down in my circle... WOOOOO!!!.. 🤣

Ok if I was told I had to choose Doink Ultimate or Diesel Ultimate, I would pick Doink. He has a lot more accessories with him. Diesel should have had a title belt and a pair of sunglasses. Doink comes with soft good jacket and a mallet, and of course the extra heads and the hands (and even changeable hair!!!!). The only other thing I can think of that he could have had was a bucket from when he used to throw water or confetti at people. But yeah I'm going with Doink all day long. #TeamDoink As far as Ultimates go, Mr. T is still my favorite and NWO Macho Man is my favorite I don't own yet :) and I like the heel character Doink, but I would never say he's my favorite when guys like Bret Hart, Sting, Ultimate Warrior, and Shawn Michaels exist.
Mr T’s a tad too tall though sadly. ☹️

Kyle man I’m sure you get this all the time - “show us your display” - I’m not saying that, but what I am saying is, I’ve been watching these vids and been subbed for a few months now - where are you putting all these new figs?! Do you have more space we’re not seeing? All the legends, ultimates, AEW figs, you review them and I love it, but where are all these new figs going after the reviews?!
