this is probably one of your best videos because... of the leaf blower 🤭 but really because it shows how important the not-so-art stuff is for art too.
I very much appreciate how much work you've gone to to have a good video set up. It's very frustrating watching poorly lit videos or trying to hear people speak over poor sound systems. Online teaching is going to continue to be a part of life and it is an investment that teachers will have to make to get business. Thanks for explaining your set up.
You actually have a strong value for the Arts you make and share. So these are the processes you go through to give us the amazing Artwork and tutorials 😮. Thank you. You should consider going into the movie industry, you'll also become a wonder there with your precise and dedicated nature💖💖💖💖
Thanks for the tour Danny. It is so interesting to see behind the scenes. I appreciate the flexibility this set up gives you, to make little or big changes as needed. Thanks again.
Fascinating to learn what is happening behind the scenes in your videos! How did you figure all that stuff out? Technology keeps changing so quickly! The leaf blower adds such a nice touch🤣.
I loved watching and think about your brain and how it dedicatedly evolve to be able to conceive the rolling thunder. It's a beautiful proof of passion for well done work. Respect!
Thanks Danny, very interesting! Love the Ipevo cameras. When the pandemic hit I bought many dozens of them for our university instructors to use teaching from home.
This made me totally exhausted 😊 but it was great to see how you make the videos. I think it is amazing that selfmade videos can reach the entire world and inspire people to - on this channel - draw, get tips and tricks. Keep on with the good work and thanks for all the videos 💐
Really interesting to see! And I’ve come to the conclusion (partly via DrawW/Me) that you guys actually “tip” the leaf blower to be there during filming…just for the ongoing humor! 😉…or not. Thanks Danny!
Wow! You da man! I love watching your videos, because the different screen shots/effects keep me engaged. I had no idea that these recordings are so complex.
I just watched your video from 3 years ago on making tiny pictures (you were in your bird filled garden in AZ). I tried it, I am VERY new to art and will be 41 in less than 2 weeks. They actually turned out pretty decent. I'd love to send you a photo of them if there's a email address or somewhere I could send it. Thank you for your videos, and for the kind way you present things. ❤
Fantastic ❤! I like to see work space set up - my take away is camera (s) or filming equipment. In January you appear in my online flow of interests & Skillshare, Adobe’s,… it feels like 2016-2017 flashback at me. I started my creative work space setup without completing - seeing this this morning was exactly what I needed . Thanks 😊
fascinating - I’ve been wondering about the many different picture-in-picture and other layouts you had during the sketchbook sessions! thanks for showing
Wow, technical goals! I’m currently using a small bendy tripod wrapped around the top rail of a dining chair! Hahaha. Works fine for now, but I can easily imagine that I’d want to upgrade pretty fast if I was filming every day or if I wanted to start going live!
What a great video, thank you! I appreciate your explanations and recommendations. Your rig is impressive! One thing you didn't mention, but have obviously sorted out, are the acoustics of the room itself. I saw you have a rug on the floor. And I'm guessing the books on the shelves behind you must help in keeping the sound waves from bouncing back. Do you have any other soft furnishings in the room? Listening to a warm and intimate sound is so much more appealing (soothing) than a voice recorded in an acoustically bright and echo-y space. To me, the latter comes across almost harsh. Thank you, again, in sharing your expertise. Just say "no" to wobbly webcams in poorly lit spaces! 😊
This is after ten years of trial and error. Do you have to do any of this. Share your art, your ideas, your wisdom. That's all that matters. Let me know when I can subscribe!

Wooot, never thought there would be that much electronic stuff on/around your table
Videos don’t make themselves!
I love this set up. You might as well have everything at your finger tips and be able to move the whole station. How convenient and creative.
Good point!
This was fun to watch. Who knew all of this equipment is a part of your everyday life?
I hope you sketched this set up in your books!😅

That explains why you have the best art channel out there 😄
Thank you so much 😀
I absolutely love the leaf blower. Shows real life content. 🤣
Seriously, thank you for all the great info.
Not a leaf blower, the industrial cooling fan required to stop all that tech bursting into flames!
It's like an ongoing thing. If they don't show up we wonder what the heck is going on. @@NAVYWhistleblowerAssassin
What you do is so complicated. I had no idea. Thank you.
Very clear. Would love to see more about your process and your business...
Coming soon!
Wow, way beyond me. None the less I now know how you do what you do. I think when we give ourselves what works we can really enjoy our work.
Thanks for the tour Danny. It is so interesting to see behind the scenes. I appreciate the flexibility this set up gives you, to make little or big changes as needed. Thanks again.
Seen a few setups but this takes the prize, this is so pro!
That's an amazing set up! Thanks so much for sharing your work space.
I love the drawing of your setup! Skookum set up!
Very interesting
I was wondering how all the magic happened.

Glad you enjoyed it!

I have an old sketchbook and a pencil. Less than $5 when I bought them years ago. I use admit I do not have a RUclips account.
Yes. I NEED one of those Husky workbenches in my studio. Great setup! Thank you for the pdf as well. Very helpful. :)
You bet!

Genius set-up!
Nice set up!

‘Optional leaf blower!’ 😂
Thanks for the tour. I think some other RUclipsrs could take some tips from you.

Sounds great!
Brilliant setup. 👍
Thanks 👍
Very cool setup!!
Leaf blowers at a small additional fee.
Wow, incredible ❤
Really interesting and helpful!
Glad it was helpful!
Nice flex, Danny 💪…And to think I have problems finding my pencil & sketchbook when I want to draw 😐
Flex?

It's not a very large room, has wooden floors, and I have no issues with echo. And the mic is pretty close by.
Wow! 😮
I hadn't realised before now that you cartoon in the style of Halas and Bachelor. It was driving me mad trying to remember the style.
Birdy
I dont know who those artists are....
You are awesome
I would join a Sketchbook Skool discord group!
Dude!
I just broke my three leg phone holder and the lamp holder 😭😭😭😭😭
hmm... 🤯 *swiftly abandons plans of making own channel*
lol. 😂 You don’t have to start with all this equipment. Start small and add to it as you go.
