Fun fact the actor who plays Demetri is actually a karate black belt and he found it difficult to pretend to be a wimp and suck at fighting during season 2
He doesn't have a black belt in Karate, he got to around yellow belt in Taekwondo before giving it up. He is currently a practitioner of Krav Maga, a self defense and and fighting style developed by the IDF and security forces of Israel.

This show is just a series of misfortunate timing compiled with manipulation. Tory may care about Robby but she planted in his head how Sam doesn't care about him and to his credit he goes to her house to I guess talk things out but Miguel just happened to be there. Then with Kreese getting in his head, he now feels everyone betrayed him, Johnny, Daniel, Sam so he had to go to Kreese. He has no one and with Kreese taking over, he may find a home. Will be interesting how the rest will accept him.

I really think this whole thing revolves around him and the part of the Karate Kid where Kreese gets pissed at Johnny at the end, before Miyagi comes to save him. It really has me thinking about things.Especially because of that Kreese flashback. I don't want to say why, but I'm rooting for Kreese now.
