- A few tests with the Q-Tip crowd system developed for Foodfight! by Brad Herman in 2000, along with a few shots from the original pitch reel. These come from a an old artist demo reel from 2001.
Q-Tip was named after prop maker Michael Lynch's technique of using colored q-tip heads in the stadiums of The Phantom Menace to give the illusion of a crowd of people.
No, the movie was not stolen or deleted in 2002. No, there is no movie that was lost that still needs to be found. They only had about 7 minutes of animation completed before it was scrapped and rehauled entirely around late 2004.
There are reports of the FBI investigating a "break-in" in late 2002, however whatever was reported to be stolen wasn't actually gone. The same animation would keep being shown to investors even as late as 2005 and every model was still in the servers around that time as well. Nothing ever actually went missing, they still had everything even by the very end.
Confused? Watch the documentary. ruclips.net/video/xgBO9c3WKII/видео.html
Can you give me details were you found the footage?
@@jumpingjuju7935 All I can say is I got this clip and others form various crew members. The behind the scenes video was saved by Loressa Clisby during her employment in 2006 and she sent it to me during my research for the documentary.
@@ZiggyCashmere this is big because we haven’t have this much footage in a while you are amazing.
@@ZiggyCashmereNow that you pieced up all of the lost footage of the cancelled Dreamworks movie B.O.O., I would love to see you take on the cancelled movies from Imagi:
Gatchaman
TMNT 2
T-28 (Gigantor)
Astro Boy 2007 Animation Test
So all along the animators were incompetent???
There is an alternate universe where this film exists.
I love how the internet brings people together like this! This will definitely be material for RUclipsrs too make vids on. Remember, fame isn't important. This comment is an example of being in the moment
These look strangely cool.
Somewhere in some alternate timeline, this film exists.... and somehow, it would've fallen into the same camp as Hoodwinked!, where it resulted into a mixed reception where critics were mixed on it but audiences adored or probably developed into a cult following
couldve been on the same tier as shark tale maybe
Hoodwinked Would just be the same graphixs as the second one and will be better with the same lines and everything else the audio is gotta be better for a reason.... The year gap
0:40 Hey look it's sugar bear
I have the right to bear off and I am a bear.
For when this was made it actually is pretty impressive. There's a lot of character models, lighting effects, and texture detail all on screen at once. It's style over substance for sure, but at least they were trying.
Wait this is from 2000? Looks much better than the final movie from 12 years later
Your channel is so sick!!
I hope someone remakes this film with better writing
