i need your help. I just received this mouse and it performs excellent, except one thing. The scroll wheel hardly scrolls, i compared it to my other mice and it feels like the wheel jusr wasnt oiled (cant tell for sure, its just my feeling), so that each scrolling "step" requires a lot of force. How could i fix this?
Thanks for the helpful video, have you tried on replacing the battery for it? I love mine but the battery recently has been dying within a day in my unit ( i had it for a year). So im looking to possibly replace it instead of getting a new one. Thank you
I suggest you get new skates. Because when you remove it, it will deform to a certain extent, which affects the smoothness of use. my english is not very well,hope you can understand what i mean.

I wanted to open it and take a look at this problem. If you have experienced such a problem before and were able to solve it, can you help? (Darmoshark M3 1000hz)

There is usually a one-year after-sales warranty. The problem with the mouse is covered by the warranty. You can consult the merchant from whom you purchased it. @@efsanegencler3363

are the side button switches the same as the regular button ones?

Replacing the scroll wheel encoder can solve this problem, but you need to use a soldering iron to solder it.@@efsanegencler3363
