The problem is that certain songs in some albums are meant to seamlessly transition and if you have crossfade turned on, you lose the artist’s intended effect.

The 24mp photos will look better in many cases than your 48mp HEIF when it comes to HDR etc, also the 48mp is going to default to 12mp when shooting in night mode.
Cross fade is great, and doesn’t quite function the way you showed in your video. 🙄 a couple of seconds CF will prevent long wait time between songs. Great for personal listening when you don’t want to hear everything around you interrupting your music listening.
I’m not changing my ringtone EVER. Those other sounds are not ringing phones and I block them out and ignore them. The classic ring is Pavlovian in its acknowledgement in my brain of what it is. Everything else is noise.
It would be extremely helpful if you were changing settings in the order they are on the screen instead of jumping all around. It is hard to keep up in your current presentation. Good information overall thank you.

I thought if you turned on white balance lock it wouldnt change when you went from outside to inside? But you are saying it's the other way around, that when this is on it will change ?

Under my camera>format I only have the options high efficiency and most compatible. How do I get the ProRes? I do have the most updated upgrade. Sorry, my grandson usually helps me, but I did send him this video to watch.
I don’t get free up storage in my camera. There must be another setting needed for that. My camera does not have the white bars showing on your camera.
Hopefully Apple will roll it out to more countries soon. Remember, they only just released the software, so they are just testing the feature right now.
Actually, one of the first things I do especially when I get a new phone is check out all the ringtones and I’m changing my ringtones all the time I never stick the same ringtone, so yeah I really love the ringtones. I think it’s great to change them I mean, I have a different one for my messages different ones for my phone calls, I change them sometimes I’ve changed them daily

Hi. Thank you for this video. Q - ever since downloading the new IOS 17.1.2 my pages randomly go missing. Then they show up after about an hour missing. This happens every day. Do you happen to know why? Is this a setting I need to fix? And yes I have already tried holding my finger down clicking on the dots at the bottom of the screen to try and get the pages back. They just aren’t there 😡
It sucks that they changed the default tone and do not let us select our own. I can’t hear the new one at all. Unless I’m sitting there, holding the phone and staring at it when it goes off. My work app uses the default notification and it can’t wake me up anymore like the old tri-tone.

In my opinion standby is useless. I tried using it but the screen always goes off so when I wake up I night I still don’t know what time it is unless I physically mess with my phone. (I just pulled out the trusty dusty alarm clock that really does always display the time . (and yes I had display set to never turn off) apparently my standby has different options than it used to
I keep getting this error message on my iPhone camera ProRes 4K at 60 fps is only supported when recording to external storage devices. What do I do I have iCloud storage of 16 tb and my iPhone is 15 pro max with 1 tb

Well, I waited a week and got a refund. It was defective. The Apple Store couldn't even get it to connect to the internet.
both my dad and brothers iphones now make the sound you hear when you end a call, randomly throughout the day. cant figure out whats causing it. it happens several times a day, completely random. phone locked, phone on silent, doesnt matter. whats going on? anyone know? theres no answers from apple on the internet....many people are experiencing it, for years
I would put money that it is the phone telling them they have a notification! iOS 17 includes a new notification sound (that you can't change yet) that sounds eerily similar to the end call sound! Weird isn't it? In iOS 17.2 releasing in a few weeks you'll be able to change it to something else so you don't get confused any longer!

I have IOS 17.0.3 and I don't have the same StandBy settings as you. I don't have the choice of Always On, I only have Night Mode.
I think it’s for the 14 and 15.

#9 doesn't appear on my 15 pro with IOS 17.0.3 bêta. The phone ask for an external drive to use ProRes.
