Carnival Sunshine - Port of New Orleans time lapse

A time-lapse video of cruise ships leaving the port of New Orleans and cruising down the Mississippi river at sunset. At :06 you'll see the Norwegian Jewel depart, and the Carnival Sunshine follows a short time later. Watch the ship do the 180 degree turn at the bridge, and then sail down river as the sun sets. At :50 there's a great view of downtown New Orleans. Lots of river traffic beginning at 1:08.
Note that the camera is located at the front of the ship and is looking towards the back. Created with a Canon Digital Rebel T5i camera.

It was simply on a tripod.
