      Are you really serious about this card being good? Lol hard pull doesn't even give you an Xbox. This is the worst deal I've ever heard of in my life. Considering a hard pull would give you 100k chase ultimate rewards on many cards they offer that's 3 XBSX consoles. This is a trash card. Absolutely horrible. Hilariously they give you only one time two 3-month Xbox game pass codes after you spend and getting debt $7,000 hahaha You can just do Bing rewards every month and get a free month. This is the worst card I've ever seen in the history of my life. It's a horrible horrible deal.

    so is real money and 1x-5x points separate or are they all combined as points, i play xbox a lot but i feel like if there combined real money and points i could just use it to deposit real money or something, or does no one know yet (or maybe they wont let you use bonus points to be used as real money and only Microsoft items)

    • @RJFinancial
      @RJFinancial  10 месяцев назад

      What do you mean about real money? All the purchases you make earn points. The points sit on your account until you redeem them. From the original terms, cashing out points for real money isn't an option. It's limited to what we put on the redemption slide (I forget lol). Which is kinda like real money in the sense that you were going to spend real money on the item.

    I know it says no annual fee but i saw somewhere that there was a 50 cent monthly fee. Is that true and is it normal for credit cards to have monthly fees even if you dont purchase anything? Im new to the credit card adult stuff

    • @RJFinancial
      @RJFinancial  9 месяцев назад

      I haven't seen anything about an annual fee in the terms. It's also not normal. Bank accounts can charge a dormancy or inactivity fee but I've never seen a card do it. They may close a card that's not been used in a year or so. Send me the link and I'll take a look

    • @DeathDBR
      @DeathDBR 9 месяцев назад +1

      @RJFinancial I'm not sure how to send you the link but you can see it as soon as you sign in and try to apply. It says exactly "The minimum monthly interest charge will be $0.50." I'm a little confused by the wording. Like do I have to pay even if I don't use the card that month?

    My only concern is mainly how it works vs a normal card you can get from your local banks, like how am I supposed to deposit cash into the account/pay for it? because I don't think I can just pull up to any of my banks to do so, can you just not deposit cash? can you only use checks to add money into the account? seems very odd to not be running at least through a well known bank chain.

    • @RJFinancial
      @RJFinancial  Год назад +5

      We're confusing products. This is a credit card issued by a Barclays bank, cobranded with Microsoft. There isn't a way to deposit cash to any credit card. Credit cards work off of a revolving line of credit. Barclays is a massive bank, they pulled their retail division out of the States some time ago but still issue cards and are big overseas.
      If you mean deposit cash as in pay the card balance, you'd be able to do that by linking an external bank account, sending a bill pay from an external bank, or sending a check if you really wanted to.

      No idea. On one hand I've heard Barclays can be uptight but with cobranded cards they tend to cast a wide net and manage risk with credit limit and APR. Barclays has historically used TransUnion
