Hail to the king was bland and unoriginal. I like that album but its definitely a7xs most uninspired album. This means war is a literal copy paste of metallicas song sad but true. The stage is completely an original take yet still capturing the sound that a7x is known for. Nightmare would be a very close second, id put hail to the king at the bottom of a7xs albums to be honest
I don't think anyone is under the illusion that Matt's voice is what it once was, but his voice rehabilitation and lessons have paid off big time. Absolutely incredible recovery.

He never really got a break for almost 10 years, man. And even then, he still has some pretty good performances considering the amount of torture he's put himself through.
