    forget the blocking move practice. Fix the valgus collapse and both players will be faster, jump higher, less injury prone and better blockers for it.

      +Rene Johnson volleyballs. I suspect they are small medicine or fitness balls. Weighted pilate balls. Bean is a company that makes things like this. I think Thera-band makes something similar, too.
