Furious F1 Drivers Slam Chinese GP After Major New Issue Exposed!
This upcoming race week sees the paddock returning to a much loved circuit for the first time since before the Covid-19 pandemic, all the way back in 2019, where Formula 1 hit it’s one thousandth race. Following years of precautionary cancellations, it is 2024 that F1 returns to Shanghai, a circuit with a reputation for exciting racing and controversial moments. However, the controversy seems to have started early this year, as there are already murmurings of dissidence and backlash before the rubber has even touched tarmac. After a long time away from the circuit, and a whole new regulation cycle emerging within that time frame, are we about to see as explosive of a return to China as when it first emerged onto the F1 calendar back in 2004? Or is all of this just drivers and teams getting their excuses in early?
In today's video we look at Furious F1 Drivers Slam Chinese GP After Major New Issue Exposed!...Keep watching to see f1, f1 news, chinese gp, mercedes, red bull, max verstappen, lewis hamilton

Yeah, give everyone perfect conditions and 3 hours of free practice, then we would know who will run away with it. Atleast we now have some sort of unpredictability, and some skill will be needed to navigate before the track gets more rubbered in.

The issue with a green track is that only the racing line has time to rubber in during practice, spring and quali. That means off-line, there's no rubber and much less grip which makes overtaking much harder cause it gives a MASSIVE advantage to the defender. TLDR: No overtakes.

I see a lot of 0 knowledge people in the comments as per usual. So let me explain to the no brainers - the issue with a green track is that only the racing line has time to rubber in during practice, spring and quali. That means off line, there's no rubber so there's much less grip which makes overtaking much harder cause it gives a MASSIVE advantage to the defender. TLDR: No overtakes.
Which means the race will be a snooze fest.

Oh no it may be raining, there might be bumps in the circuit which will mean we will be giving the audience an exciting race, a race with a load of incidents in it, incidents that will provoke discussions, we will have to adapt to changing conditions. No no no we don't want that as it will mean we can't serve up a race that is the same as every other race with the same drivers finishing in the same positions, we will be left having to use our brains on different tyre choices. We just want to do what we do every race and take our huge sums of cash to the bank thankyou very much. This sport is fast becoming " what's the point ".

I think that the FIA needs to start talking about balance of performance. Max walked by Alonso and Hamilton like a GTP car goes by a GTD car. Max and Alonso didn't even put up a fuss. It is called a 'race' because it is supposed to be competitive. But Max's car is just that much faster than everything else. I bet he wasn't even driving as fast as the car will go. Might as well give him the championship this year as well. For the first time in nearly sixty years of watching F1 on tv, I don't even finish watching the race anymore. It isn't a race. It is a exhibition event for Red Bull and some fussing around with the mid pack points racing. That is boring af. Glad I had IMSA and Indy to watch this weekend.

I don't get it, drivers complaining about race tracks, YOU ARE IN A RACE, ITS COMPETITION, YOU NEED TO SHOW YOUR TALENTS, if everything is ideal for driving, then it's NOT RACING, all sponsors are paying for drivers and teams to compete, NOT to show off how comfortable driving is, seems like engineers are getting lazy and don't like changes, since they know all the settings from the usual tracks, put Max in an Alpine, I bet he can rarely get pole position because the excuse is the car, when you have a better car, of course, you can win, mentality of race drivers needs to change, if it's TRUE racing of which driver is the best, then ALL cars should be identical in power unit and settings, (just like they all use the same tyres)

As a small bore club racing sports cars and sedans on the ice, then formula cars for twenty years in 1 liter F3, FF, Skippy school cars and testing in a Turbo SAAB pro car (would have quilified fifth on the grid at Lime Rock Park) for twenty years, finally running out of cash when about to enter the Pro Series, all I can say to these folks is to quit your whining!
