  • I'm working on a new watercolor painting called Aeryn and Easton and I decided to record the process! For now, they will be divided up into parts as I work on it, but I may create one big video at the end when I finish the entire piece.
In this session, I am adding some depth to the stone columns in the background. I started by adding some dark drips to make them look aged (I couldn't record this part...sorry!). And then in the video, I'm using a black watercolor pencil to add shadows to the edges of the stones on the columns and then feathering them out with a wet brush to soften the line and darken the color.
Make sure to subscribe to my channel so that you won't miss the next part! =)
