Come to see HortiBLoom LED Grow Light @ MJBizCon, 16-18th November, 2022, Las Vegas, Booth No: #2340
    Link: mjbiz22.mapyourshow.com/8_0/e...
The Solux 650 from Hortibloom is a replacement fixture for a 1,000W HPS. It is a compact fixture with a small footprint which is ideal for its commercial application. The build quality is heavy duty and the fixture is IP65 rated so it is suitable for a damp and humid environment.
The two LED panels can tilt 30 degrees from horizontal to adjust the overall spread of the fixture in its targeted 5ft x 5ft or 1.5m x 1.5m coverage area.
The light output is full spectrum with 14% Blue, 30% green and 46% red, ideal for growing from seed to harvest.
I tested the fixture in a 5 x 5 area at 2ft (60cm) hanging height. The fixture consumes 633 watts from the wall and delivers an average PAR of 607 µmols resulting in a system efficiency of 2.15 µmols/watt or usable PPF per watt. This is 50% more efficient than a double ended 1,000W HPS with a large, high quality, reflector.

Most LED fixtures put out very little heat. The drivers usually run the highest temperature. Most LED's are between 120°F-140°F max from the fixture. I'm using a 8 bar fixture and the top of the bars are warm to the touch, but not hot at all.
The driver shouldn't be more than 140°F, as well, but with a longer cord going from the fixture to the driver, the driver can be set outside the grow area/tent, thus removing around half the heat from the grow area.
I previously used a 630W DE-CMH through a Top of the line Sunlight Supply DE Air Cooled fixture. Soon after I added 4-100W LED's. Each had 2-50W COB's w/lenses, adjustable, and can slide on a 1M bar. I used these on each side of the tent, as I was using a 5'x5' Tent.
I was surprised to notice that the buds directly under the CMH weren't as dense as the outer canopy, which was a mix of both lights. AC was definitely required. Ceramic can withstand higher temps, and do put out more heat. I believe the lamps get higher than 2,000°F(maybe Celsius even!), and even while reducing this with a proper Air Cooled fixture (CMH lamps should never have air blowing on them, as this cools the lamp and changes it's spectrum. They are sold, but your removing the heat that Ceramic requires for it's great spectrum, and burning out lamps much sooner!), Like The AC/DE fixture I used. This still put out quite the heat from the glass. Too hot to touch!
The 8 bar 800W fixture I'm using now is really incredible, in comparison. More even canopy spread and virtually no real heat except for the driver (which was supposed to have an extended cable. Instead they extended the power cord..? A sample through Alibaba, and they said they'd send another whole fixture for $240 shipping. I was having some hard times and haven't talked to the company, but they'd probably still send another. My way of saying, "Don't go through Alibaba". Many great priced fixtures out there now, which is great for the consumer!
A bar light system, like Migro's Array, are the "Coolest" fixtures out there, literally. While my small AC unit is still in the Tent, it rarely gets used. Having the bars spread out, spreads out any heat they do put out, which is minimal, especially compared to any HID system, like CMH.
A big game changer, for sure!!!👍💯✌️

@@hortibloomledgrowlights6639 quantum board tech is old & there is a reason everyone is moving towards bar lights. Par distribution and efficiency. I'm failing to see what market this targets.

For me it will be logic to separate the lighs from each other to get a better spread or foot print. Bad test!

over 64 squares u show this getting smoked by the 1000w gavita pro that averaged 996(4x4) vs 711(4x4) for this light both at 24" maybe droppping this space to 120CM too can add the 30% off the reflective walls its losing by. can we retest the 1000w for hanging heights and size dimension so when we compare these to 1k HPS we can see the difference space for space height for height feel like should have a standard test for all lights then optimal space and height test for each light rather than these tests where some lights are 16 some are 18 some 24 others 25 some 23 hanging heights. lets just get a base test for all lights at 24" in a 4x4 then an optimal test for each light where its raised or lowered the space is shrunk or expanded so we can fairly compare lights to eachother. each video compare 3 or 4 different par maps once u have a standardized test for similarly priced lights? like the medic grow spectrum X aginst the FCE 8000 or FC8000 vs spider farmer SE7000 or G860
link to your gavita test and time of par map in this video you also flip your numbers for your LED and HPS from the par map so they are incorrect from 995 avarage on the HPS to 893 average on the HPS when u caculate effency so DE HPS so the 1.4 number should be at least 23% higher
