It's mind-boggling that people from Europe want to be the one incharge in other nations whotout respect or regard for the local people, the culture, the country, the religion but they want us to respect them??
Mr. Malema, you keep asking if all whites can speak "African languages". English is one language that is the only language used in business. Germany, France etc., speak one Language. The people who live there have to speak this one language regardless of where else they come from. The African man was not forced to speak English. If he wanted to work in an English or Afrikaans sneaking business where the language was mostly English or Afrikaans he would then need to learn the language to communicate. One can lead a horse to water, but cannot force it to drink. I am English, I battled to learn Afrikaans (in Rhodesia) in my school. I still cannot speak it properly. Its easier to learn a language when you are surrounded by others who speak it over time. Others pick up languages quickly. In South Africa there are many African Languages. NOT just another ONE language. Like English or Afrikaans. So which one does one choose to speak out of all the other languages. This is a rather petty argument at best.
Julius malema ask,. the right questons the man had problems answering them he is not real if he is not interested in learning the peoole language then how can he be interested in helping the people .
The "transformation" question was very simple to answer for a judge. I am a teacher and I would answer it without being prepared. The concept of "ubuntu" was a disgrace. I also think he was always given a free pass in his interviews.
embrace our culture , our language as fast as we can otherwise Africa will not grow ..transform the education system let African history haved more primary priority than european history
It's good that these interviews are made available for public consumption; I find that there is a cognitive dissonance among so called white people not only in South Africa or Africa but the whole world in general; either they have a inherent flaw that allows them to erase their past and cleanse their conscience of the atrocities they have perpetrated and continue to perpetrate. There absolutely is no sense of atonement or a sign of any consciousness that they have prospered on the suffering of others human beings. The type of questions being asked here are a sign that it's a new dawn; no more will privileged individuals who don't even have an understanding of the environment and conditions 90% of the population have to endure on a daily basis. Not even one of them thus far has gone out of their way to learn just one of the indigenous languages; after decades and decades in Africa while they forcefully instituted English and Afrikaans on us.
Spare me that uneducated pecker-wood rhetoric; you have wasted your time and vindicated my statement; for someone who is supposedly endowed with a high intelligence quotient you have not added anything to refute my statement instead went off at a tangent regurgitating the overused and uncharacteristically low IQ sentiment. @AP Many black people in the diaspora would love to learn their indigenous language but as you try to avoid and most white people like to avoid there was a slave trade there was conquering in Africa and all over the world. so how is it that you can fix your mouth to say we want to use your language when white people and your ancestors not only took our culture our land and our language so how exactly is it that we want to be using your language if that's true what you're saying then please inform the rest of your community that we no longer want to use their alphabet give us back our indigenous language and we won't have to but that won't happen because white people around the world don't want black people to know who they are and where they come from and part of that is language you sound very ignorant and here just to troll people but like I said there's gonna be A-day when black people are gonna have enough for this shit and you white people are not going to know what's gonna happen. "appointing you doesn't help us transform the judiciary"?
Judge: "Yes"!... 😂😂😂

Damn. Malema got him with that

Julius Malema is smart and not afraid to ask and tackle difficult question and situations head on, and he can evidently inspire people. I hope that he is also a fair leader without racial prejudices.
🙄🙄🙄your last sentence- unfortunately he’s another inciter of racial division and hatred. Check out some of his public utterances against minorities in SA ( not just whites btw).

This guy ain't getting the job. Ubuntu is reflected in case law as one of our underlying constitutional values.
S v Makwanyane case...why can't he quote the judgement from that judicial precedent.
This guy is not aware of the concept of UBUNTU but wants to get on the bench to judge ABANTU - WTF???
He is crazy
Goes to show how detached and ignorant the people we entrust with determining the culture within our judiciary are. This guy couldn't care less about the ordinary South African guy in the ghettos

i can sense a lot of racism on the first white guy interviewed, he is so intimidated by the questions asked. The last one i am sure he has no motives of being a racist and he has accepted that south africa has changed and he has to move along positively. He do appreciate his father good doings and condoms the bad ones. He is a man of his own .
His questions were racist. If I was a judge being asked those questions I’d be dumbfounded. He asked no questions about his qualifications and cases. Completely inappropriate for a judicial appointment hearing.
I can't believe this person is a judge. How is this person a judge when he can barely articulate himself? I am puzzled.
Noo Malema is difficult, he is intimidating and he asks very difficult and nerve scratching questions.
Malema is heavy on the shoulders
check it out biden candidates for judges and prosecuters ,......
He’s not a Judge, this interview was for him to become a judge. Which he didn’t make the cut😅
Force them to speak your language because they forced you to speak their own language before. In their countries they forced blacks to speak citizens language, so tell them to change too. Their accent is bad in English though. You have democracy so stand for your rights.
So, the man's appointment does not help with transformation, at all (this by his own admission) and on top of that he is not familiar with the concept of Ubuntu? Wow. Why is he being interviewed again?

@@rodniegsm1575 well it's not looking like the EFF are doing too good of a job running the country now do they? All they do is burn and plunder
This interview with malema and judges looks exactly like IELTS speaking text 😂😂
Julius malema ask,. the right questons the man had problems answering them he is not real if he is not interested in learning the peoole language then how can he be interested in helping the people .
The "transformation" question was very simple to answer for a judge. I am a teacher and I would answer it without being prepared. The concept of "ubuntu" was a disgrace. I also think he was always given a free pass in his interviews.
No apartheid lawyer to help him. But still smiling what a evil person.
embrace our culture , our language as fast as we can otherwise Africa will not grow ..transform the education system let African history haved more primary priority than european history
South Africans should never allow a judge that was over 18 years during apartheid in Office.
You are not going to drag me to a mud bath go somewhere else where other pigs with high IQ like yourself will be amused.
In all of my days I have never heard a devil, deciever apologizing..nevertheless repent of their wrong doings. A devil does what its supposed to.LIE, CHEAT, STEAL, KILL, MURDER, RAPE, MAME, MOLEST, SUGGEST, PLANT SEEDS OF DISCORD, CAUSE CONFUSION, STRIFE, HUNGER, WARS, DESTROY THE EARTH BECAUSE IT KNOWS THAT THE POWER OF LIFE AND DEATH IS IN ITS HANDS and fear resides in the hearts of most under its rulership.
@AP Actually what you're saying is incorrect most of Europe gets their resources their materials to use in make their so called technology from the Congo which is in Africa all the Cocoa beans gold all the minerals that you walk around with every day in use in Europe America all come from the motherland of Africa so before you go talk about black people wanting your food in your money 1st by do your research money and Africa is gold and resources European people believe that black people complain about racism but yet why is it that black people all over the world are at the bottom so you can't always put that on black people bitching and moaning. So that statement you're making is very ignorant is you don't know what you're talking about. if Africa was to cut off the rest of the world in terms of resources the world would not be able to function and that's a fact you can go read that for yourself where half if not most of the world gets their material
@AP And to say that tell every black person in Germany in Europe to go home I agree we should and then once we all get there we can all agree what do about white people and the people that helped a oppressed us globally so don't get upset by that statement because its An eye for an eye and everybody is to be held accountable for their actions. i mean what black people should be doing to white people is show them them how they ancestors killed and tortured my people how do we make white people accountable for their shit!! there's me correct an eye for an eye
This lets me know how little you study history are even study people at all and you would know the European people had no idea about language our alphabet until they were introduced by the Moore's which happened to be black black black black black black black black black black black black so I think before you come on here trolling with answers please have facts, because you sound so uninformed
