Restarting My Syngonium Chiapense

Hello Lovelies!
Well I'm doing it! I don't always mind starting over with a plant but I'm trying to make it normal for me to do to any plant I own and this one looked like it needed a rescue.
Sometimes plants grow better when they propagated so I'm hoping that's the case with my Chiapense.

I never saw that plant before. It has made the wishlist because that looks like it can be a serious beauty.

it is definitely a different take on a Syngonium! I purchased the little glass cups from a Dollar Store, I think they are meant to be tealight candle holders. I thought i might have Hoya cuttings that would look cute in them.
