i was looking up youtube videos about RNs because i’m currently studying in highschool to become one and when i found you i just knew you have my literal dream life. this is what makes me want to keep going to be a nurse
So crazy, I’ve been watching your vlogs all day! Thank you for this inspiration, I’m an LPN trying to move onto RN and would love to experience the ED!
My preceptor in one of my clinical placements was an ER RN with 15+ years experience. She said everytime she goes to triage, she is anxious and later goes over things, trying to mentally ensure she didn’t miss something. She said the scary thing is triage nurses who don't get anxious and think they have seen and know everything. This is exciting milestone for you.
I just love your videos Sierra! I’ve been watching your channel for around a year and I’m almost finished up with my second quarter of nursing school. Your nursing school videos have been so helpful and I’ve loved hearing what you’ve shared about your journey working in the ED. I’m pursuing flight nursing and can’t wait to see what transpires with your career now and in the future. Thank you for sharing your life and your insights! 🤗🩷
I would absolutely love a sweater that's vet nurse themed - paw prints, stethoscopes etc. I'm a vet care assistant (not quite a nurse, yet!) so one without text would be best. I know all my colleagues would love one too
I’m definitely interested in buying a sweater from your Etsy shop once they’re available. That’s such a great idea to sell them on your store, I love sweaters❤️
You make a good point. I was at a hospital recently visiting someone who had a room near nurses station. It is tough because you ladies should be able to talk and enjoy each other’s company while at work. At the same time I felt kinda bad for person I was visiting because she could probably hear talking and laughing at times. Some people don’t mind that in their rooms. But I thought to myself, if I’m ever in hospital, I would prefer not to hear all that. I would want more peace and quiet. Not sure it’s something I could control though. Thanks for thinking of that for your patients and what they’re going through
That’s the complaint I had when my wife was in the ER. It was so late. Like after midnight. My wife was hurt and exhausted. All she wanted was to sleep and rest. But the nurses were so loud there was no way. It was a long long night.
love your nursing videos so much!! I am in my first semester of nursing school and my goal is to work in the ED, I would love you to do a sit down and tell us about your experience in the ED so far!!
Hii! I just subcribed to your channel after watching this video! I am currently a third year nursing student here in the PH 🇵🇭 and I am aspiring to work abroad, so these are vlogs are super nice, I get to see a little glimpse of the lives of nurses abroad :)
I was lucky to be a LPN working in the ER for 1 year. It was great experience. I’m half way through my RN bridge program and I’m definitely going to stay as an ER nurse 🤘🏽
Love your videos! Do you guys get actual breaks in your ER? We do not really get a break... we just eat when we have time at the nurse station. There isn't anyone who can relieve us to take a break, to be honest. We never get a real break... I really hope that they will hire more people so that we can have an actual break.
What hospital do you work at? The one I work at they have breaks but they’re like 30 mins. I just hope the bubonic plague doesn’t come thru our doors, there was already a case of candida auris it had everyone scared!
She is lucky to work at a great hospital. She has good coworkers and she gets to take a break. This is the most positive nurse video I have seen in a while 🤔
You look like Margot Robbie to me. 😁I appreciated your perspective on nurses lightening the mood, it’s true. I’ve worked with many nurses as a psych tech & we always got chatty. I found you do have to be really mindful of the conversations to be respectful though! ❤😊 I like watching med professional vlogs.
I've never been taken to the hospital by ambulance and hopefully I never have to be but I have been an emergency department The last time I was in the emergency department The doctors and nurses were very nice

You got this! 💛✨
Congratulations on your awards! It is such a good feeling knowing the patients noticed the care given to them 🧡
Absolutely! A good reminder of why we do what we do!

I just recently passed the NCLEX & I’m definitely interested in working ER 💕 Love your channel, especially these nurse vlogs! 👩🏼⚕️
Omg that’s huge!! Congratulations!
Remember they don't pay you to be anxious off the clock
Only on the clock 😅😅

First off, love seeing Camper! (I’m a golden mama too). Second, love your nursing vlogs! What kind of water bottle do you use?
Ugh goldens are the best! The water bottle is from Ello, they're sold at Target!

Hi Sierra, what do you use on your badge to hang the pen? Thank you
Does your hospital allow you to wear any color scrubs? Or are there guidelines?
Every hospital is different in their requirements
I watch calm nursing videos like this, and then other nurses say nursing is an absolute nightmare.
I've never been taken to the hospital by ambulance and hopefully I never have to be but I have been an emergency department The last time I was in the emergency department The doctors and nurses were very nice
Do you have any advice on how to remain positive at work?
If you need to take a minute, do it. Step away, take some deep breaths & try to bring yourself back to the present moment!
MY DAUGHTER IS IN SCHOOL TO BE A NURSE YOU ALL ARE HEREOS ❤
❤️❤️
Which sate are you working?
What’s your ER level ? Level 1 2 3?
I'm thinking about becoming an emergency nurse
Guys is it like Grey's Anatomy
Can you make an ER Tech sweatshirt too!? 🫶🏼🤎
