Where I live the weather changes so often that you can need both depending on the day and it SUCKS when you're caught without them like I was the other day when it started pouring rain after being sunny all day and I had to cab home because it was too rainy to take the bus...

I have been up to DCH twice in my life. When my step son had an allergic reaction to chlorine in a hot tub and when my niece had leukemia (that was years ago, she is in her 30s now and cancer free.) I don't know how you all do it. It takes special people to be able to work with children who are so sick. You are amazing, never forget that when you have had a tough day.

i was so happy to see your apple watch band has also gone a little green. i got my apple watch after seeing your one but the band has gone green and i was confused how yours had stayed perfect. I tried everything to fix it (makeup remover or nail polish remover work best) this was so comforting to see though

I started making an emergency box with things I need every day (advil, lipbalm, hand sanitizer, gum, and I add thing while I need them. I have it in my car or in my backpack.
But I always have a lipbalm in my right pocket.
These are all a MUST. 👏

My items I keep on me at all times are chapstick/lipgloss and an iPhone charger

I always have, what I call, a "bathroom bag" in my work bag. I believe EVERY WOMAN needs to have one. It has femine higene, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair elastics, tweezers, bio oil, comb, hair spray, and more. You just never know. I do keep an emergency bag in my car, though, if I ever need a change of clothes.
