INGREDIENTS:
FOR CUPCAKE :
110g All purpose flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
15g Cocoa powder
125g Sugar
¼ tsp Salt
135g Soft unsalted butter
2 large Eggs
1½ tbsp Buttermilk
½ tsp Vanilla extract
½ tsp Red food color paste
1 tsp Cider Vinegar
½ tsp Baking Soda
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°c for 20-22 minutes.
FOR CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
113g Soft unsalted butter
113g Cream cheese
1 tsp Vanilla
⅛ tsp Salt
240g Powdered Sugar
