I finally made it to Singapore for a week in February. I am SO impressed with what Singapore has achieved. As you know on average Singaporeans live one of the longest healthiest lives. I love how the country is providing more apartment/condo complexes with fitness places, basic exercise equipment and walking paths, and more public walking/jogging/cycling paths. With so much international food now available at every price point, it's wise to educate citizens of all ages to stay in shape and avoid the high calorie, high sugar content of so much of what is now offered.

I moved into my new apartment in a brand new town called Tengah just a few months ago. The townscape is exactly as you described. I do all my power walking, running, cycling, parkour, calisthenics in the vicinity!

@@paddy8888 You did a great job in deciding to live there. I will look up that area. I know prices for housing are going up significantly - like many places around the world. I follow as much news as I can about Singapore including the new developments. Enjoy your life in Singapore. I realize it's hot and humid and has had a one party winning state for a long time, but trust me, it doesn't have the homeless, drug addiction, WOKE, problems that other developed countries like Canada has.

I am a man who will be turning 79 years old so when my youth I was strong muscular, lifting weights, exercise did self-defense courses the whole 9 yards I was in tiptop shape what to look at me now you wouldn’t believe that I’m old I’m wrinkly I’m not as strong as I used to be and I watch a program so I might learn how to keep myself going. As long as I can till the day comes I cannot do it anymore Like all of us. Eventually, we will have to give up the ghost whether we like it or not but I do appreciate your program. You do a great job young man keep up the good work I just got over a bout of sciatica and I use some of the message that you showed and it did work well and of course I use that copper stuff as well that was a big help to, but at my age I suffered greatly with that sciatica, and when I was in Vietnam, I was hit on the right and left sides. I have no feeling on my left side of my body from my upper arm all the way down to my toes there’s no feeling at all. I have to be careful when I go out in the cold that I’m dressed well and warm, when it’s winter and believe it or not I am still working and I hope to keep working for a few more years until I can’t do it any longer. God bless you young man keep up the good work well done well done Andy and I got your book.

The value of your teaching Will, is that the exercises are all relatively simple and within the ability of most of us Wrinklies, and you even offer adaptations to make them possible for people who may struggle. The contortions and rigid demands that many 'Personal Trainers' on RUclips favour really means that anyone not super fit and flexible is excluded. 👍

Hi Will … a couple of thoughts I have are:
Might one combine on the first isometric exercise while in that position a posture improving wall arm raise?
Secondly … I feel the need for toe raises as well as calf raises.
Afterthought …. I found a beneficial exercise recently that I added to my routine…. While standing I simple put a hand on a wall or a chair for stability and raise my knee to hip level / 45 degree angle … fifty times … then I do the other leg. I find this a necessary exercise due to in older age one’s own legs get heavy to move in simple activities such as getting into a car.
Lastly, how do you spell your home town …. Farnum?

I see 2 issues with older people . 1- inability to get out of chairs, the sit to stand will help. 2- when standing, any sideways motion or stepping to sides they lose their balance. This issue I feel needs to be addressed.......... I think Drs need to test for sarcopenia in their elderly or frail patients. I don't see them doing this. Probably they never learned this in medical school or residency. ..... Your video should be a must see for anyone over 50.. Thanks

"Shouldn't take more than 15 minutes." I just created a follow-along video edited from his clips. The video (therefore, the routine) is over 30 minutes long. To be fair, he gave a repetition range (10-15, 15-20, etc.) for some of the exercises. My video uses the maximum number of repetitions. That explains some, but not all, of the time discrepancy. His routine also includes 12 minutes of rests. Just using that info, how can the entire routine be 15 minutes? I'm not saying the routine is bad. As a matter of fact, I am going to start trying it tonight, and I'll update my comment afterwards. However, I am a bit disappointed that fitness videos frequently express poor timings of their the workouts. By the by, I have already purchased the book, so I'm not badmouthing the creator. I am pointing out a recurring problem I have noticed regarding exercise video time statements.
