Aspinal isn't a king without a crown.. He is a King who literally doesn't need a "crown"... Just because the UFC and obviously Jones don't want to touch this fight currently, doesn't change the fact of what Aspinal has faced vs what Jones has faced in the HW cage.. Dana is such a brick for thinking everything needs a belt to be interesting. Dana wouldn't be in this spot if he just didn't put the interim belt on the fight. But noooo it had to have a belt to be good as if it wasn't literally the dream HW prospect fight already. Dana needs to go
Dana is a clown.
The odd thing is that Jones fans should want Jones to fight Tom. The idea of the champ and the interim champion fighting DIFFERENT people should be something that everyone agrees is ridiculous.
And Stipe is one of my favorite fighters of all time- but how is he getting a championship bout without being active in three years, and coming off a terrible KO?
I am in the picture at 1:06, nice!
Nothing better than a humble person especially that of a top teir athlete and fighter like Aspinall.
JJ does not want to finish his career on a loss, and so will retire after stipe.
I love Tom spinall’s humility, his not pretentious his simply just winning as he goes. His not caught up in the ego game
cinematic masterpiece on a friday night, yes please! Actually jealous of your UK talent atm :D
Maybe upload in the ultrawide/wider version without the black bars next time. I have no clue about the tech, maybe render in 21:9 etc. you know what I mean. Because this way it has black bars all around on ultrawide monitors, that sh*t really triggers me. 😅
High praise Matz, thank you.
Honestly aspect ratios confuse the hell outta me too hahaha@@matz4k
Mans going to dominate for years🙏🙏🏿❤
Sweet video dude, love the style
People act like Johnny boy can't be beaten. Smh
Actually, he has already lost to Alex(1st fight) and Reyes!!!
No he didn't , you don't understand how score cards work as far as significant strikes is concerned, you need to take the belt , Reyes was gassed out in the championship rounds...lol , how could you possibly take the belt , plus it was a unanimous decision from all 3 judges , stop all the wining ..lol
This whole comment section is a full of casuals and Jon Jones haters
Tom will live rent free in Jon’s head forever
Either that, or Jon will live rent free in Tom's head forever, if they don't fight. Funny how that works.
You're killing it Leo.
Sorry i missed this Luke - thank you!
They will never let Jones, the champion eye poker, to fight Tom, he would lose.
This could be a huge mismatch fight: Jones, would KO/TKO and badly destroy unproven Tom Aspinall so badly....
11:55 Isn't Fedor the Russian Fedor?
I don’t understand how people don’t understand simple logic.
Jon Jones was supposed to fight Stipe before Tom was even signed to fight . They postponed the fight and then Tom signed to fight for an interim knowing that regardless of him or Sergei winning Jones was fighting Stipe next.
Now suddenly Jones is ducking Tom . If you’re being honest and not just a fan of Tom you would be honest.
Had Tom lost would the title of this video be “ Why Jon jones is ducking Sergei Pavlovich”
Get Tom in there with Jones, Dana and Jones are ruining the legacy and integrity of the sport and contenders.
If Jones shys away he won't be remembered as the best, just one of them in a list
Shame on Ufc for leaving him in limbo!
It's extremely important for the brand that Jon retire undefeated, they will never risk it.
It's very good for their image and standing to have yet another world class fighter that retired undefeated, solidified the UFC as having the "best fighters" even more.
But Jones isn't undefeated? Agree with the 12-6 elbow rule or not, (which I don't), it still happened and he took the L
I can only think of khabib that's retired as champion but feel free to correct me
@@kylem2712 Doesn't matter what it says on paper, people will be curious to see only Jon's "loss" and they will see Matt Hamil getting utterly destroyed before he even threw those 12-6 elbows, and they will consider Jon the winner, just like i do, just like literally everyone else does.
If the 12-6 elbows were the cause of Jon getting the win, i would understand it, but man he crushed Matt hamil before that sheit even occurred, he would've won anyway.
@@klefthoofrobert787 I agree about everything regarding the fight, Jones was dominating and definitely would have won. But your point is that it's important to the UFC that Jones stays undefeated. So unless they straight up lie to the fans about his record, it's too late lol
He deserved thst for the loss to @@kylem2712
Tom is fumbling the bag by not defending the interim belt . In boxing defending the interim belts is done all the time. If you don’t stay active you waste your career.
Mate this videos amazing can’t believe you only have 15k subs . Liked and subbed
Just noticed I’m already subbed 😂
Thank you brother
Aspinal isn't a king without a crown.. He is a King who literally doesn't need a "crown"... Just because the UFC and obviously Jones don't want to touch this fight currently, doesn't change the fact of what Aspinal has faced vs what Jones has faced in the HW cage.. That belt or "crown" WILL be Aspinal's sooner or later.. The question is simply does Jon have the sack and nerve to get into the cage with him... Likely not.. He WILL lose against Tom... He's going to retire before Tom gets a chance to steal his soul and some of his legend..
Tom is probably a mistake to the UFC as now everyone would rather see Jones fight Tom instead of Stipe. I also thought the UFC should have made Aspinall vs Sergei after jones vs Miocic so that we have a little stability. And everyone won’t really be asking questions.
Lots of people would rather see Jones vs stipe, over aspinall. There is a contingent of fans who don't care about or like aspinall. You're making the mistake of thinking your opinion is the opinion of everyone....
@@danelynch7171 No you're making the mistake of thinking everyone's as dumb as you. Stipe is 3 years out, coming off a KO loss, and 43 years old. The fight between him and Jon won't be competitive and given the above stats Stipe doesn't deserve it anyway; would have if he went in there and dusted a contender first but he hasn't. Everyone but you just finds the idea of Stipe vs Jon depressing and incoherent and everyone but you wants to see Jon fight a complete skillset heavyweight and not just try to coast to HW GOAT status by beating a kickboxer and a senior citizen who literally limped his way into MSG last fall to watch Aspinall earn the Jones fight over him. Does it hurt to be this dumb or is there actually a kind of blissful serenity that comes with being 100% lacking in self-awareness? Let me know.
@@danelynch7171 ironic Becuase you’re making the mistake of thinking your opinion is the opinion of everyone 🤓
@@PumpedAntics are you re tarted?
@@danelynch7171 you can’t even spell moron
Good ol ufc if you don’t care about your champion you ignore that you have a heavy weight division
Dana becoming the guy he always criticised. The ufc is becoming a joke like boxing.
The delusion is unreal.
Yeah let him fight Tom, then if Jon wins, let’s wait for another contender to come, let him fight him too when hes 50 y.o. It’s an never ending cycle
Tom smashes Jon ...Jon's ducking.
I have lost my respect for Jones. Either he should retire, or take this fight. There is no in-between. Both would be respectable choices.
What about Aspinal fighting a real fighter like Ciryl Gane , not a bunch of nobodies and proving himself , then Jones fights him , at least then if he wins against Ciryl , there is some credibility, for him to fight Jones ...
Funny how people can talk about Jones being the GOAT, and ignore the PED riddled elephant in the room.
First of all, them dang tests are not always accurate. as a matter of fact, their garbage. So are the dna tests done by some organisations. "We need a dna sample from the individual and we will be 100 % accurate"
Yeah no shXX idiot, try pinpointing the exact perp without tossing the 12 blood groups together, like really.
Officials exalting themselves into the ceilings of heaven with their ignorance. jon really dosnt look like he does roids or ever has.and theres a difference between drugs and steroids. but i do like to bash him lmao
You mean ignore the PED riddled sport?
You fans cheered for Lesnar to come back with a drug exception.
I'm a huge fan of JBJ and as a fan of the sport, this waiting game wastes some of the prime years of Tom. JBJ is old but still great and I honestly want to see him fight Tom at his best so that there will be no doubts.
Does anyone think jon bones is dodging aspinall
he definitely is
11:56 did he say “The Russian Fedor”??? 😂
Jon jones is just a paper champ at HW . Tom is the actual champ .
@HellBlazerMNE07 Francis isn’t in this promotion you supercilious derp .
We need to apply this “WELL THEY DIDN’T BEAT THE PERSON WHO ISN’T EVEN IN THE PROMOTION/WEIGHT CLASS” logic to every single champ ever just to show how dumb it is lol We’d be dragging people from the grave just to settle shit at this point 🙄 lol Not literally, but you get what I mean.
@@Allegedly_Angel So beating Gane who fought for a belt and lost is indicative of a worthy title win ? Low standards .
Aspi lost 3 times according to public records lol.. Jones never lost beside the fact of the illegal elbows.
Tom is all hype
Jones obsession with being the goat is so cringe
What a wonderful vid presentation👏💪💯 Thanks so much Leo
Jon in his prime would have beaten Aspinall's ass but now I doubt.
I have genuine love in my heart for Tom Aspinall. He’s such a great human being, it’s almost difficult to level that with how lethal of a killer he is. Seeing him get cocked over by Dana pisses me off, all just to protect a criminal degenerate who jams up every division he fights in. Aspinall is the future of heavyweight, regardless of how much Dana wants to cripple his career.
Tom Aspinall is really good but I don't like people saying "he's the real champ". He hasn't done what Jon Jones or Stipe have done. It really feels like there is no Heavyweight Champ right now because Ngannou left. If anything, Ngannou is the real champ.
Well he hasn’t done it because none of those people will fight him? What’s he to do??
@@dankmemesmeltexistentialdr2769 he will get his chance eventually. But you gotta remember, Jon Jones beat Cyril Gane in March and that was before Tom Aspinall even fought Tybura. So Tom Aspinall didn't earn a title shot at that time. Then Jon Jones wanted to fight Stipe for a legacy fight. So just because Tom Aspinall got two good wins after that, it doesn't change that Jon Jones Vs Stipe is going to happen.
Aspinall emphatically beat the #1 heavyweight contender in Pavlovich, who was on a massive win streak. I’d say that makes him a deserving champion
@Sleeepy23 a) he wont, jones will retire after stipe
b) like makhachev, if you're the champion, the number one in the div, you can beat anybody in there, why would you duck a challenger.
c) interim champ should mean something. And we all know what it means, so why is Jones avoiding it?
Ngannou barely defended a belt once. After that he went full diva-mode and asked way too much. He's a roided company product pushed by every MMA access media journo rats.
Fantastic video lad, well made and well written 🍻
Dude hasn't done shit
Except win a belt
@@champ1159 beat an overrated stiff Russian? You learned of this dude last year and already on his nuts.
@@BL77357 But he still has a belt and if we're talking about who they fought than Jones win against gane is far less impressive
@@champ1159 It's a fake belt
Man the narration hyped me up
Been tryna improve on it, so that means alot man thank you
The real face and supreme HW champion of the world. More promotion for the Heavyweight div. Bring back the motto of " GO BIG OR GO HOME "
Great video. Let's see that fight!
Tom would have them quick he’s humble as fuck and an animal recipe for greatness
Jon relinquishing belt to aspinall means soon as healed he has lineal tie to it. Meaning tom has to fight him.
Nagnnou is has the lineal championship brother
At this point, Dana is hurting the UFC more than helping. At least when talking about matchmaking
First great vid.As someone who's only just got into watching mma i have come to the conclusion that you've gotta be a few sandwiches short of a picnic to even considor doing this for a living, but i am getting addicted to watching.❤
Thats the plan Stew! Thanks for the love
Great edit!
Beautifully done
Inspirational. YNWA Big Man.
We’ve never had to question what fight is next for a champ when an interim champ comes along. But now we have to wonder is stipe Jones going to happen or does aspinall actually get his rightful shot
As Dana said in the beginning of the video "this fight has to happen, be patient, your time will come". But no, this guy racked a few wins and all of the sudden he gave himself the right to whine like a little girly girl and to call out and mock the GOAT. Everyone rises and falls, and with that kind of demeanor Tom's demise's gonna come sooner rather than later.
A lot of hype for fighting a bunch of nobodies .. lol , I 💯
@tombrooks5166 Exactly!
هيا يا داتا و أعطي للرجل حقه في نزال الأسطورة إنه يستحق المنافسة
every one of your videos is so good, including this one. I hope that you have a great weekend, Leo
Thank you for your continued support Sapper. Hope yours is just as good my friend.
11:58 did joe say sergei is the russian fedor??? Fedor is the russian fedor
Let’s see how long he’s gonna hold that Belt
I'm going to be so pissed if they don't make the Jon fight or if Jon retires
"Dana has ensnared Tom." That says it all. This is a rare situation where the fans need to write to Dana and demand that Tom be given the next title shot.
Dana! GET A NEW RING ANNOUNCER!! Buffer sucks!!!
Jones is absolutely terrified of Tom Aspinall, and I don't blame him. That guy is built like a brick shithouse but moves fast like a middleweight and has ridiculous KO power, great submission skills and 100% TDD. I can't find a way Jones could defeat that creature.
What like Cyril Gane...lol ?
Tom is an absolute gentleman. Hope he wins the lot!
Tom has amazing speed, skills and movement for his weight! Im looking for his fight with jones
how did Tom get to be interim champ? Did Jones give it up? I knew Jones was afraid to face him but didn't know this had happened.
stole the music from "Star Citizen" @11:00
Good vid.
I don't understand what UFC is doing w Tom. Does not make sense to me but just imo. Give him a chance at least! Make Tom v Stipe at 300 🔥
