What people don't understand is boxing wasn't tommy's first bit of love when it comes to athletics. It was always bodybuilding. Boxing just happened to be a family thing and it makes money. toms at start of his carrer jon was in ufc when tom was still in school and schooling legends at 21 years old he's nothing to prove and he's going out fighting a heavyweight goat in stipe tom hasn't achieved nothing and won't get as many title defences as jon won't have the beef that he had with dc with any opponent because tom is just too nice and can't see him hating a dude his ppvs will suck and the only fight people will pay attention too is if he fights alex or jon other than that tom ain't going to sell shit if them fights don't materialise

Hiya, the punch machines use a light beam to calculate the speed with which the bag moves across the beam. It then converts that via an equation to force generated. But it only registers speed at a single point, the moment the arm holding the bag crosses the light beam.
So catch the bag at the end of your punch when your hand is moving the fastest.
It doesn’t calculate or register the mass of punch so it is not an accurate measurement of force.

fury heigh is more suited for the bag height. Aspinall is shooting up because hes taller, which gives less power to the machine, the machine is best to hit middle or slightly below middle. So it has more of a swing to the machine/

Climbing is easier as a smaller person. I'm about 55 Kg and can hold my own body weight because I'm used to carrying around the same ish everybody else carries around. I'd love to see me next to Tom Aspinall. He's more than two of me, almost three.
