Greetings Dr Hobrough was just wondering what your standard protocols are for the "seven key tendons"? I have been taught some standard protocols (recognizing of course that you customize the treatment to the patient) but wanted to see how they compare to yours....

hello,,very nice to see a review by a real practitioner, not just a sale person. Very informative. If I wanted to purchase such machine for myself what brand would you suggest? //some low end model to do the trick//...i have tennis elbow on both elbows and I am into bones and mechanics, so such device would be handy down the road. thank you

Thanks Paul love the videos , with regards to the Hz, is there any recommendations for different tendons or is it what the patient can tolerate, as in do you focus on higher tolerable intensity for a treatment or lower Hz, going away from the machine protocol.

These were my questions to different professionals on the shockwave machines. " Hi I am having trouble finding answers to certain questions. I will be receiving my focal shockwave machine and I was trying to get more information on what not to do so I wouldn't hurt someone but no one is showing what not to do. e.g. I read not to go over the lung area but I see people going around the shoulder blades and shoulders which are over the lungs. It says not to go over large veins but they work the wrist and neck. Can I do the scalenes that wrap around the neck. Can I go over the stomach area to try to lose weight. Is it good for hernias. Can I go over the lungs and stomach with the radial machine because it doesn't go that deep and not use the focal one in these places. Can I use the focal machine over shallow places like fingers and toes. Is it ok to go over legs that have varicose veins. Is it ok to go over kidneys. This is what needs to be covered so people don't get hurt. " You are the first and only person that covered working on the lung area and stating that the radial machine won't hurt anything. I just bought a focal machine but I see now that I need to buy a radial machine as well. I want to do knots on the back and hernias over the stomach as well as other areas. I still want to know if it is ok to work on legs that have varicose veins. Thank you for covering things that no one else did. I hope you will offer courses.
