Actually, there's one Jenga piece that you missed earlier on that would cause them to probably fail. Sanji would not fight Duval and the fish riders. Meaning Duval would not become their ally meaning they would not make it to the auction house in time to save the mermaid from being sold into slavery. Luffy would not punch celestial dragon. Meaning no admiral no kuma no time skip effectively.
Well Duval was only mad because he was mistaken as Sanii, so he would either never show up or he would be gender swapped like Zeff.

The premise of this is that Sanji's sexuality and idealism is nutured by his upbringing. The two are tied together in a way that it would be difficult to have a situation where he does kick who he is attracted to.
Also, since Sanji would never have objected to be touched by Bon Clay on their first encounter, Bon Clay would have shown Sanjis face to Crocodile and the Mr Prince (S)henanigans would probably not have worked out.

A few weeks ago my wife and I were at the local Walmart, where we saw some One Piece Plushies. They had Luffy, Chopper, Bepo, and Sanji's siblings as you stated, "the other one." Well, some time passes and we are back at that same Walmart, and guess which one of those Plushies is left? Yup "the other one," how you described Yonji just reminded me of this event..
Counter argument of Sanji being petrified on Punk Hazard: Zoro is there. Couldn't he motivate Sanji, since he is subbing over him, to walk faster. Maybe Zoro promise him, that Sanji can touch his chest. Giving him the pervert boost Sanji needs.
Also, Zoros chest is bigger than Nami so he might even go faster.

Yeah, I honestly don't see that scenario where Sanji-Nami trips during that scene on Punk Hazard and the other three just leave them behind. Surely Zoro would find some way to either push them to go faster, or push himself into grabbing them and start running for two, regardless if he'd do it more for Nami or for Sanji.

I do think Nami would have been stronger if Sanji wasn't always there to protect her. She could have protected the kids in Punk Hazard and do a lot more of fighting
Yeah, in fact, her animosity with Sanji in this timeline could've even been a reason for her to try and find a way to get stronger. Especially if Sanji actually kicked her anytime she got particularly unpleasant. Like if he were to kick her anytime she beat up any of the men on the crew. At the very least, she'd be much more durable.

I really do like Nami as a character. They could have combined her motherly instincts with a sort training arc where she gets a serious power upgrade where she could actually hold her own against serious opponents.

Gay men usually get along with women pretty well, as friends. My mom has many male friends who are gay. But I could see Sanji's traumatic childhood cause him to not like women too much, and therefore having no issues with fighting female opponents.

Counterpoint: if a gag can save straight Sanji when he is in Nami's body, I think the gag of gay Sanji being disgusted when he accidentally touches Nami's breasts could shoot him out of harms way just as effectively.
Although I actually think the timeline would diverge drastically much earlier, if Sanji can't kick Iron Mask Duval and make him handsome, then Duval wouldn't show up later to repay the service by getting the straw hats to the auction house in time to rescue Camie - meaning Luffy misses his opportunity to punch a world noble, which then stops an Admiral being called and the crew getting split up. I'm actually not sure where the series would go from there, I'd assume based on the crews personality they would try pursue Camie to the Redline and end up punching a world noble anyway, or at least until the news of Ace's execution reaches them, which could result in the full straw hat crew going to Marineford.
No Zoro gets lost and makes it to the auction, probably slashes all three Celestial Dragons, same thing happens

This video kind of reminds me of a What If fan art I saw of Sanji a few days ago if his time in Ivankov's Queendom had still been negative, but with a twist. It just basically made him unashamedly bisexual, finding hot men (exclusively) attractive enough as women and being just a down bad for the guys on the crew as he is Nami and Robin.
It was kind of wild to see, but honestly very on brand and in character with his behavior post-timeskip, if swung both ways.

The way that I see it, is if Sanji was gay, he'd be a completely different person. So two things that were missed. One, if Reiju was actually the evil one then Luffy would never have made it to WCI as he would have died from poison before ever arriving.
If that did not happen, there is a chance that the “plague” wouldn’t have effected Luffy due to his high tolerance of poison-ish stuff, and he might have survived anyway
We have seen him blossomed in Ivan's kingdom so my theory is his Okama mode is his other form just like the Germa Zero mode, but i think this mode is his final resort if he is in brink of death which somehow a very powerful switch from Sanji style of kicking to Okama Kempo Style Sanji
