Yes ,tradition and overpowering by elders are the problems facing by women in India...And if we stood against those traditions, girls would become wrong infront of them
Today's typical motherin law should need to understand all those things, they pressurise girls to eat too much ghee and those laddoose .I m suffering all these thing. It's really very hard to deal with my mother in law .
There isn't any fat loss tea or a magic pill. There are only smart dieting and training. Agoge Diet is a great tool to start with because it gives you everything you need to reach your fitness goals.
Agreed 100% our elders still think eating fatty things like makhan butter right after delievery for a week is good bones and they donot umderstand they are just adding fat to our bodies, Iam happy and feel blessful that today we have internet and people like you share these kind of informative videos that we can learn❤️
Mam please make more videos on pregnancy and postpartum 🙏🏻 our generation don’t have these all knowledge I’m pregnant m in my third trimester I would. Love to know more on these topics 👌🏻🙏🏻
I ate only healthy food during my pregnancy..no maida,no sugar,no oily stuff, just 2 chapatis with appropriate veggies...diet was extremely healthy..and also i looked quiet slimmer according to monthly pregnancy standards....i had a small tummy even during 9th month...& my baby full term yet was underweight.... And its been 5 months since his birth,I still weigh the same I weighed during 9th month of pregnancy...i never have been this fat before...it am unable to shed even 0.5 kg...the factor which might have lead to my post delivery weight gain might have been my reduced breastfeeding...i had low milk supply so had to put baby on formula ... which instead didn't help me in losing weight..on the other hand,i have elder cousin who ate every king of oily, maida , sugary items, chocolates who had extreme weight loss some months after delivery without any physical exercise ( may be she was exclusively breastfeeding that's y) ......so i think it doesn't depend even if you eat healthy during pregnancy at last ur weight gain after delivery depends on so so so many factors...major being breastfeeding,ur own metabolism,ur body type, offcourse diet too but that's one of the factor.
Ma'am with All due respect I would like to tell people that it's a myth that ladoos lead to weight gain. They don't. They consist of all the nuts you mentioned a lactating mother should eat and the amount of ghee used to make them is approximately 1 tbsp per Ladoo. Which again you yourself accepted that body requires that. One Ladoo per day gives the whole nutrition which you telling to take separately. I have 2 babies both were c sections. At ate these ladoos during first 2 months of lactation. I did not gaim unnecessary weight. On the contrary it satiated my hunger for at least 2 hours which helped me not to munch on biscuits or unhealthy food. Ghee k laddoo does not mean Ladoo only has ghee, it means ghee was used to mould them. So again it's a humble request don't discredit traditions.
Agreed! In my case I lost my pregnancy weight immediately after delivery of 2 weeks. It was a normal delivery though but I ate laddos made with ghee and the nuts seeds mentioned by mam for almost 2 months and it made me feel energetic and didn't increased any weight. Infact after eating these in a proper way help me in heeling faster. I think it just depends on how you make the laddos and how you eat.
I always thought dieting is expensive and 'healthy' food costs a lot. Little did I know. I got my diet plan from *Agoge Diet* and I was able to select foods that fit my budget.

Greetings, Dr. Hansaji! Can you please tell us which are the most effective Yoga asanas we should do to loose postpartum weight, on daily basis? Thank you so much in advance.
Thanks for this video, i was thinking of joining gym after my delievery as soon as possible but after this video iam not going to gym i donot want any negative effect on my milk production, if i will wanted to join gym again definately it is when my baby is eating other nutritious food other than milk😊
Eat for 2 thats totally wrong a baby needs max 300-400 calories so how can notion be of two. And fried foods and excess sweets are harmful for baby also .
Just wanted to add a comment regarding how animals in the wild lose weight sooner. Human beings as a creature are dependent on their parents and mothers for longer than other mammals. I wonder if the longer it takes for the infant to automatize the longer duration of weight gain
With due respect ladoos are made of all the ingredients you mentioned to take after delivery! So rather than eating them separately why not to make it into ladoo form... don't add refined sugar instead add dates or jaggery which itself is v good after delivery 🤗🙏
Leena Rajashekar Namaste Leenaji, Daily routine and discipline is important. Focus on rest and intake of sattvic diet and liquids. Practice asana regularly. Eat only when hungry and in small portions. Eat four times a day. Healthy breakfast is a must. Dinner should be early and light by 6.30 pm to 7.00 pm in the evening. Soak Chia seeds in water and have them. Yours in Yoga.
Mam, can you please tell me what are the vegetables that are prohibited after delivery? Can I have a normal food regime with rice, dal, vegetables and fruits after delivery? As you mentioned, the overpowering relatives would not let me eat almost anything... Including dry fruits like almond and dates and force me me live on just a couple of vegetables which I very much feel is not giving me any nutrition... Kindly guide me what is the proper food that I can or cannot have
Thank you for the video... Can you please make a video on which food we should eat after delivery...there is a lot of confusion on what to eat and what not to eat. I myself is struggling with the diet plan... Please make a video on diet after delivery... Thank you
