When you say learn their underwriting, what exactly does that mean? Do you mean learn who they will accept or won’t accept? Can you clarify that please?

What's your opinion on face to face vs telesales for a new agent?

Can you do both remote and F2F? I have a few senior buildings that I am involved with that are asking me if I've gotten my license yet.
