I've also had it with automated bathrooms. I wear high visibility clothes (for work).. have you ever experienced the automatic flush going off 15-25 times while sitting on the toilet? These aren't gentle flushes either. I've had it!

That's what we do in India. Give cash cover to the bride and groom according to your budget. Also it's tax free gift for them and can be utilized. Weddings are so expensive here so that's the guests way to subsidize some of the cost.

the china! I have my own, my mom's, my husband's mom's. Recently, my in-law's tried to give me some great aunt's china. I can't. I've had it. Have I gotten rid of it? No. I need to seriously get on that.
I am passionate about re-gifting....yes, there is is a proper way to do it, but why go through the horror of returning an item when I can just pass it along to someone else :)
