Hi! I have a mini mic, and it had a sound filter.. so I start recording and dadadadadada… I can’t figure out how to mix the vocals,make so it sounds good. I am using a Sing!in instrumental. I’m doing “Who” by Lauv.. I also don’t know how to to do the background vocals. And how to double them?
Hi Sara, nice video. I still don't understand how to record my video because you didn't explain how you got to the recording section in the first place, I think you skipped that part. Is there something that says, "recording" in GarageBand?

Hi! Good question. I record on my phone, while I sing. That gives me a video of me singing into GarageBand. Then I put the video in premiere pro, and put my MP4 file (the cover song from GarageBand) underneath in premiere pro, and when I hear the sound is exactly the same, I delete the sound from the video. Then I have a video of me singing with amazing sound. Makes sense ? Let me know if I should make a video about it.

Hi Jordan, this is such a good question - so .. as long as you remember to give credit in the description box to the instrumental you use for example - Sing2Piano, and that you are giving writing "cover by XXX" as the title of the cover song, RUclips will automatically give all earnings to the original artist.. So thats the wonderful thing with posting songs on RUclips.. They have licence all figured out. So all you have to do - is to let youTube know its a cover song.. does that make sense?
I do have another question…. 1. Are there free versions of instrumental tracks you’ve used? 2. Besides Sing2piano, have you used other instrumental tracks that seem to be okay posting onto RUclips without any problems?

well I record on garageband, while filming with my iphone. Then I put my iphone video into premiere pro, delete the audio from the video, and then - put in my audio file on top of the iphone video. Then I get the good vocal audio file on top of my cover song video :)
