Sadly, the last time that a train departed Cowra. I was up at the platform. After this, the line closed, then the storms came and washed out the line, and here we are 10 years later...

@Aussie Pom mate you talk and talk out of your ass you do! Your just flapping your gums like a true expert, the museum will not move they are trying their best to get operational again, clearly nothing would happen if it was left up to people like you that just flap their gums and do nothing to help i was there last year 2020 and they are doing work! 5367 was being prepared for a hydro test on its boiler i watched them pump the water in with my own eyes but didnt have time to see the guage rise. People like you paint such a bad picture for rail preservation here in Australia you should pack your bags and go back home to Britain!, because you are just another arm chair enthusiast thats full of shit! .

Don't be too disheartened they have a plan in the works to reopen a small section of track from Cowra but thats all i know for now, i won't assume anything or tell you fibs like our guest from abroad that thinks he knows everything about the rail preservation scene hear in NSW.

    Great video!
Every time I hear the 59's whistle, I wish it was replaced by our standard 5-chimer though! Less Canadian, more 'Strayan

Bevan mate ! Your vidios are too popular hahaha far too many adds 🙄.
That was a really good vidio its so sad that the cross country branchline from Blayney to Demondrill junction was closed such a scenic line so many trip possibilities with two other branchlines spurring off it aswell. Lets hope they reopen some line from Cowra Railway Museum soon fingers crossed 🤞😬.
