Could you please make a video about how you manage clients' paperwork? i.e. how/where you store their invoices/receipts/statements/etc.? Also, how do you manage your tasks for each client? Are you using a CRM? QBO? other? Have you automated any of the tasks? if so how? I just started my own bookkeeping business after working in a CPA firm for years. Although I understand accounting very well, I am currently looking to gain as much experience to streamline the bookkeeping process and make it as efficient as possible. Thank you so much!!

Hi! Right now I'm using NewZenler, it's kinda new, so I got a promo price (I now have an assistant who is in there the most for me). I like it pretty well--I'm not too familiar with all the programs, but anecdotally, I hear the most about Constant Contact. Hope that helps!

Let me make one correction on what I am saying. What I mean is I don't have too many clients, at this time, for my business. That was what I meant to say. I made a typographical error in what I was making mention. However, I hope you know what I mean.

Would you consider a free consultation something that would grab attention? 5:00
Yeah, I think that could work! I typically think of a free consult further down the line in "getting to know you." Like, it may be too much of a commitment for some people at first (they might not be ready). But, you bring up a good point, that if anyone wants to skip the "intro" steps (lead magnet, etc) they should have a way to get right to booking a call with you. They should be able to buy/sign up any time.
