    I'm one of those who created my profile after receiving my ProAdvisor Certification and then haven't done much with it. My QBO profile has not gotten any interactions much less new clients. I was in my profile this morning to make some updates because I'm working on the Advanced ProAdvisor Certification, but when I clicked the button to publish, I was asked to provided documentation to prove I am authentic. That was a hurtle that I didn't want to take time with at that moment so I'll have to get that later.

    I just got my QuickBooks Online Certification. Please help me what to do next. I have no idea where to start to get clients without experience. and I wonder ProAdvisor profile will help to find any clients? EIN NO? Please guide me ... thanks

    hi, recently I got my QuickBooks online proadvisor certificate but under the training - benefit tab it is showing that Find-a-Pro directory listing is not enabled for me yet, can you please tell me why Find-a-Pro directory listing is not enabled for me yet?

    I have under my profile showing 3 profile views and 2 inquiries but I am not able to see who has viewed and inquired.

    I have updated ProAdvisor profile and publish but it was rejected by Intuit saying this "After careful review, we have determined that Intuit is not going to approve publishing your profile on our site. All of the documentation you submitted with your application has been deleted" How should i resolve this issue ?

      Hi! Unfortunately, Morgan does not have the answer to this. She recommends reaching out to QBO directly and see if they can help you fix the error.
