First time my friend let me see what drifting was like was in his 240sx with about 490hp. I barely got sideways but definitely loved the feeling. He told me to rev up to 25000-3000 and dump it.. in our neighborhood around a small turn haha. Went to a few drift pads after that and really learned it's not as easy as some make it seem. But, its a lot of fun even when you're spinning out/learning haha I'm buying a 88 b2200 lx(the long bed) in a few days and probably gonna have to do the rotary swap. I'm getting excited just thinking about it
bump the negative dude. your the one crazy enough to 13b swap. where im at its total insanity to do so. we dont have any shops that can machine a rotary to my knowledge. keep looking good sideways man
if it was built to drift it would be great. but it is actually a stock b2200 low-rider with the wrong motor trans . and its all 80s original . springs shocks so on. well maybe 90s. its funny because im building a b2200efi for my youngest first car. he made me buy lowered springs and we are going to ford probe turbo the thing (same motor) and coilover it and IRS were thinking 93 rx7 rear end with cantilever coilovers horizontal yeeeeehaw. all i need now is cash lol. i know the best fabricator.
What dash is that ? I'm about finished with my 87 b2000 I did a 13b swap just don't know what dash would work with it, and I like that one you have.... great video by the way.
People saying. He's so bad he's on stock suspension and shit with a 13b in a truck I say he's good enough probably better than 95%of us he's way better than me for sure
and stock was right it was 30 year old Gabriel shocks . now it has lowerd springs and billstien shocks and is a new ride its amazing did it Nov of 2020

Im 15 dont have a liscence, do it on private tracks but tbh i think i can drift better than that i usually only spin out on attempted not reversed, reversed entry
Zane Abroutsy You are probably correct you and my son would get along good together but it’s a lot harder to drive that truck that it appears it’s easy to drift my sons drift car compared to this truck
it takes time to be great, remember it looks easy from a desk, get out there and do it for yourself and you'll be humbled.......

You definitely needed more ballast weight on the rear end, its spinning more than its gripping to a point to be drifting.

If you think about it thease fords/mazdas are a really universal platform you can do basically anything to them
yep lots of options kia and honda parts too japan has different supply so diff s and alternators come across a variety of cars . and so on
