Btw I love my traxxas stampede I’ve been bashing since 2011/2012.
I really love it and look forward to getting it back up and running after a 5 year hiatus and ripping up my local RC track!

snow bashing is so fun- just yesterday i took my stampede 4x4 vxl (complete with xtreme heavy duty upgrade kit and 5.8" sledgehammers) snow bashing and it never ceases to entertain
The XRT is definitely my next purchase. Love my trx4 but I need something a bit faster to get airborne with 🚀. Great video work, hope to produce rc videos like this one day 😁

@@wilburbean6157 just the back. I’m running stock electronics in it and I’ve tried all four but it gets hot.
Just ordered a pair for the rear of my Hoss and BL-2S Bigfoot (I’ll switch them out between the two trucks as needed. No sense in spending $80 for a set for each when I can just spend $40 and swap them out.)

When will you guys be releasing a 1/10 scale Xrt??
Last month. The Rustler 4x4 Ultimate is pretty much a 1/10 XRT. It’s got the same graphix tires as the XRT, heavy duty parts, the GTR shocks, a chassis brace, etc. $400 of upgrades for only $130 more than the regular 4x4 VXL

Paddle tires can be run on front and rear, or rear only. It is up to driver preference. For this truck, the Maxx MTs on the front provide great traction for turning while the paddles dig in for hard acceleration in the deep snow.

Weak radio batteries? Cracked or loose antenna/plug? Faulty transmitter?

Did you snip the top of the antenna like I did? The amount of unshielded wire greatly affects the distance. Do a little research and easy fix if that's what you did. All you have do is measure the right amount of wire to unshield.

Make sure the antenna wire is sound and extended inside the antenna straw. If it’s coiled up inside your receiver box, it’s not going to have much range

The Traxxas electronic dead after this fotage😂 love the Car but you need better electronic. I just instaled Max6 G2 1250kv Combo and a better GX Servo and Proline Tires
The hobbywing g2 by far is my favorite esc and motor combo, I have one on my traxxas stamped 4by4 vxl way better than stock electronics.

It’s a longer and lower car based on the Xmax chassis.
@@IsaacSchultz-lz8jc its not longer just wider cuz it has the widemaxx kit. and jut has a lcg chassi compared to the xmaxxes hcg chassi. so its not based on the xmaxx chassi
A lot of the same parts are used kinda like all the 1/10 scale models.

After running in wet conditions like this we take care to thoroughly clean and lube the truck to help protect the bearings and other metal components. You'll see this truck again in future videos! Learn more about wet weather maintenance here: traxxas.com/news/how-to-clean-your-rc-car
Only if you don’t take care of them properly. I put my trucks under a high-power fan after they get wet and it dries them off in 10-15 minutes, too fast for rust to set in. I’ll have to see if there’s any negative affect on the long run, but so far they’re all still relatively smooth
