If the expectation is set right at the start for 2 calls, then how is the client demanding 5? I understand that happens but how do you readjust the logistical challenges it poses? It's as much a red flag as a cue to reassess why 2 calls may not be sufficient. Where do you draw the balance between what's acceptable and adapting to a client's needs? Especially when these challenges crop up midway?
