Good question, hard to say. If the biz is based on sales calls. Then the sales conversion rate should be 30%+ but that's not exactly the main metric I'd look at here. I'd focus more on looking through your DMs, emails to see if people are responding and if those people are good fits. You can build a $10-$20k/mo biz with just 10-20 clients, so most people don't really need more leads, they have to convert them better and keep them longer...
