My first car in 1958 was a small block powered '36 5 window coupe. Now I have a '42 (year of my birth) DeSoto Chopped 5 window on a Dakota frame & running gear which is my favorite.

It is really disgusting that so many really classic cars are getting destroyed by hot rodders and rat rodders. Yes, I've heard all of the lame excuses about "It's not you car". I won't even go to car shows anymore because it makes me sick to see all of those beautiful cars that have been butchered like that.
