밀가루와 고기를 끊으면 건강하게 오래 산다지만 그렇게까지해서 오래살고싶지않아...
고기 끓으면 오히려 건강안좋아짐
티엠아이로 저는 오래 살라다기보다는 안괴롭게 죽으려고 건강챙깁니다 ㅋㅋ 본게 많아서
문제는 그렇게 오래가 사람들이 생각하는 60-70대가 아닌 끽하면 40대 후반에 병 온다는 사실... 주변사람 병걸린사람 많이 봄 ㅠㅠㅠ

I heard of halo top getting a lot of momentum recently so I thought about trying it but given the reaction here, I don’t think it’ll be worth it. I know hd is good but I usually go for talenti (gelato, I know) most of the time and some Ben and Jerry’s when I feel like it

You have to try häagen-Dazs trio (lemon,raspberry and white chocolate. They literally have it in layers and the white chocolate is a sheet of hard white chocolate. It’s soooooooo tasty!

*The low calorie ice creams are sweeter because the carbs increase when you remove/decrease fat and proteins from food. The manufacturers reduced the amount of fat and proteins because those have more calories per gram than carbs do, so they are able to significantly decrease the caloric value*
*Edit: Also, there will be a bit more salt in the low calorie ones because lower fat content causes it to melt faster but salt helps counteract that a bit*

I really love halo top, my fave flavor is strawberry cheesecake. It's just so good and has low calories so I feel less guilty eating it.

I feel like korean or asian people in general tend to prefer less sweet stuff or like they don't eat alot of sweet food in one setting
That's kinda true :'D I don't like things that are too sweet. If it's too sweet i find myself eating a few bites then not wanting it anymore. There was a time my mom commissioned a friend to make cake for my grandma. The cake looked very pretty but it was too sweet. She also used fondant for the exterior. It was the first time my entire family had fondant and it's terribly sweet. We had the cake at the nursing home (it was a monthly celebration of everyone's birthday) and we ending up telling the people that work there to keep the cake or throw it away LOLLL
