Since the beginnings the male triple God was matched with the Triple Goddess, as people in those days believed in both divine masculine and feminine principles, as the Yin and Yang are found in all of nature. We can see the three main stages of any lifetime in humans, from maiden to mother and crone, or youth to father and sage. Bridget: Goddess of Healing - of the Poets - of the Forge / the smiths. Her festival Imbolc .... Spring will soon be here on the 1st of February. Bridget and the trinity is ancient in Ireland. There were three names for Ireland: Éire - Bamba - Fódla. Three master Druids: Music - Science / divination - Literature / Poetry / incantations ............. . There was even three types of music in ancient Ireland, here in Irish Gaelic: (1) Gen-traigh (pronounced gan-tree) which was for merriment, fun, laughter (2) Gol-traigh (gol-tree) expressing sorrow, lament, funeral music etc (3) Súan-traigh (suan-tree) Lullabies, nurse tunes, to induce sleep.
