Exactly, his training and nutrition must be totally off. I understand he has only been on it for 12 weeks, but I had to do TRT due to how low my levels were. I was in the lower 200s which is way below the minimum. This was in November in 2021. I took it for roughly 8 1/2 months.
      A. I blew up. Normal walking around weight before was 189-192. After about 8 weeks, I was at 212.
      B. My anger and anxiety was at an all-time high. I would get anxious for no reason at my job and it would suck because I felt like that fight or flight feeling even though nothing was happening.
My wife made me get off it due to the anger issues I was experiencing not really towards her, but I was just always grouchy all the time.
Funny thing is though fast-forward to Earlier this year when I got my blood drawn, I was in the upper 400s for my testosterone. Which obviously isn’t high, but it definitely isn’t low, so I don’t know why my testosterone was that low previously.

And really no one should do it if they don’t compete. You are harming your body for your hobby, for me that is not something i would do. In competition there is no way around, but steroids only worsen your living condition if you do it for hobby.
      Pros: none
      Cons:
Your body dismorphia doesn’t stop, it arguably gets worse.
      Your balls shrink
      Your skin goes bad
Your hair can fall out (i think)
You risk of heart failure and all that fun stuff rises

Do not take shortcuts in life just because it seems easier. That is not the point. The point is to build that mentality that you have to work hard and be consistent and enjoy the process . Learn that nothing good comes easy and fast . Don’t do what this person did . Don’t rush the process . It takes a long time for a reason.

I been working out since I was 17.. I am 34 now. Never used steroids but spent a lot of efforts time money on building a good natural body. But after covid since i got busy with life and work, I watched all my gains deplete slowly.
Now I am just slim fit person and ask myself was all of thr build up worth it. Would have saved so much time and money if i stayed slim fit.
Eventually in life we all will move on with work and family and our bodies wont be our priority and it will all look silly looking back.
