I purchased a 2024 Forester Touring in December 2023. I chose Cascade Green Silica with Brown/Black Leather. The Forester came equipped with: Body Side Molding, Subaru Mud Flaps, Subaru 2" Trailer Hitch, Forester Threshold plates, and Front Door ground spot lights. I added: Dash Mat, Weather Tech Floor Liners, Colgan Front End with Mirror Bra's and a Primitive Racing 3/16 Aluminium Engine Skid Plate. So far very happy with this Forester.
I went with a 2024 touring Forester. I thought about the Wilderness, but I didn't like the black accents, the reduced fuel economy, and or ride quality of the Wilderness. The Wilderness black accents will likely fade and look weathered and the ride quality didn't seem as quiet or refined as the Touring during regular driving. Thanks for the trim level review.
Great presentation. I was looking at the Crosstrek Wilderness Edition and the 2024 Outback Wilderness Edition, however I decided on the Forster Wilderness or Touring. It will probably be the Touring edition now that I watched your review? Why the Touring? Because your review made me think about all that extra cladding on the Wilderness Edition and the likelihood of it starting to fade over time. Thanks so much for helping me make the "right decision."
I wish Subaru would include the beautiful brown interior of the Touring Model on, perhaps the SPORT. Also, I find their finance charges higher than other brands. However, I still love the Subaru.
It is very odd you can’t get the sportier exterior styling options with nicer interior appointments. As far as the financing, it seems super common for brands with lower margins on the vehicle price to make their money up in financing and vice versa
Thanks, I was looking for information on the Premium and Limited. Now I'm considering the Sport!
Happy to help, best of luck!
Excellent presentation! Explained all the trim level differences very clearly. I am going with the Wilderness Forester.
Awesome choice! Thank you!

We chose the white touring with the saddle brown interior. Gorgeous car, really love it.
That does sound like a gorgeous combo, congrats!

I think that Touring looks best in Gray, but the Wilderness looks best in green.
Yes it does!
Great video. Is there a difference between the ceiling window for the premium and sport?
Sunroof should be the same for all trims except the base. Thanks!
I like the premium model
Great choice!
