    I cannot tell you how greatful I am that RUclips exists and that I found your content.     I absolutely love the message behind this video! No such food is literally unhealthy, all that matters is that you have a healthy relationship with food.
    If you fear a certain food, look at it as a challenge for yourself to expose yourself to it and eat it.
    It gets easier overtime. You’ll be much happier at the end.

    Honestly, you have helped me so much with finding a balance with food and fitness and the Christmas period had been a fear phase for me for so long and this Xmas I ate what I wanted, when I wanted and it is all thanks to you, your reassurance and example … thank you !!!

    I am just about to go out for a burger and I’m really scared but really exited cuz burgers are AMAZING! I’ve been super nervous all day but I’m ready to go eat the damn burger and enjoy myself!

    I think the message you are promoting is so important for many who are going through recovery, or even for an individual who might have disordered eating. As much as I appreciate the fun editing, I would like to see more of your personality through these videos, I feel like I’m just watching a person eating and that might get a bit repetitive, but that’s just my unsolicited reflection :p, love u Anna

    Thank you for this!! Been tackling fear foods everyday recently despite being stuck in home 24/7! Do u have any advice on how to let go of ur past and ed recovery? My goal for 2022 is to fully recover and I've been sruggling to LET GO.

      I don't know you but I can say that this struggle you're facing you're bigger and better than it and you can over come it. We are all gifted with incredible strength and I know you can overcome this. Tap into this strength just by knowing you are more than you're weaknesses, you have more value than you're weaknessness and you CAN overcome them!

    I wish i could eat even close to what you eat in a day! My stomach wont let me! I can barely eat anything or i cant breathe at night! I sometimes think im starving myself but i cant help it!     Absolutely ridiculous, but I couldn’t convince myself to eat avocado for a year because of the high fat content despite its wonderful vitamins and fiber. I’ve had avocado toast with vegan egg for lunch everyday this week!

    I'm afraid of brocolli I've underactive thyroid someone said I'd gain weight if I ate it. Eating very little. I've debunked the long list of thyroid killers but many left to go. Small bit of brocolli to go.

      Everyone has different fear foods for different reasons. Some people don’t eat bread whilst others (like myself) find bread a “safe food” and eat it all the time. We are all different with different fears. Please continue eating your banana and it’s great you enjoy it . Take care .
