I started to journal childhood memories, school memories, and many adult memories. Each time my father started his violent rapid rage attacks on me. Two years ago, when learning about narcissistic behaviors he had shown all of my life. Not one time was his violent rapid rage attack had anything to do with him or his personal business. It had always been my life, what decisions were being made for me and my new family, my issues. He always made these things his rapid rage attacks on me. I lived in his resentment, spitefulness, 6’4” rage that he called “wait until I light in to them”. I’ve healed from this. I laugh to myself knowing I cut him out of my life and he doesn’t know why in his smear campaigns. They don’t love their children. I can’t fix him. I can not be in the reality of his mental illness. He is 81 yrs old. I’m a 60 yr old happy empath. Sorry to say too much. Journaling helps sometimes in the healing process. Tyvm
Totally!!! I’m using that tactic now and my business narc is loosing their mind. The good news the narc uses email to communicate so I have it all documented. I’m not taking away the shovel they can keep digging a hole just in time for deposition.

Totally I'm currently dealing with a narcissist problem with my upstairs neighbours. I'm following your advice by documenting everything. Also not reacting, staying calm, and not giving them information. Thank you for your work in helping people win with their narcissist problem.
I would only add, do add 'decompressing' time after run in... So reset your brain from surge of emotions... 432 mhz sounds, and others. So helpful for your battle. 🤝🥣🍒

I do allow myself to lay down and rest, and let myself recover after having an unavoidable interaction, or sending off the next email to the housing trust or the child protection services team. This is a really emotionally taxing problem, so taking extra time for self-care, and to let my body have the time to recover, that does help.

I wish I would've found this information 4 years ago . My entire situation I seen the tactics and the signs I just didnt know the realm of a narcissists. I'm so deep into my current relationship I wouldn't even know where to begin on all this . We have a daughter together but being with her mother led me back to using drinking smoking ECT ECT. I should've left but I didn't because this is the love I received from the women in my family . I honestly just wanna be done with the same waking cycle of life .
Thanks so much Rebecca , it’s a peanut two of our employees one of which is my husband‘s brother who does my accounting and another girl so Friday One is being deposed and in a couple weeks the other one and then I am closing up my divorce hopefully so thank you for all that guidance. I will try. I will not try. I will make sure I am calm.
Hey Rebecca my brother is a true narc I CAN’T even avoid him he comes over here plenty too much for me cause of his dog which dad loves and brother makes his dog starve
