How is it that the audience doesn't get excited by Roland played with that energy? One of their best performances so far

un publico aburrido, Roland hay que sentirlo, es un tema con mucha energia. Si era en sudamerica lo sentiriamos de la mejor manera.

Question for someone. How does the BBC come up with the idea that this song has very strong language? I for one couldn't hear any kind of language that would be considered as strong. Just a thought.

It's possibly because of the lyrics: 16 knives, carrying them around, etc...
It's what the BBC puts under every glato video as it's live so they don't know what's coming up so to cover themselves they add a strong language warning
Because it mentions knives but not a knife license.

@@swiftripper7557 I mean, they have similar voice tones but that's it, Paul banks has never directly said that joy division or any post punk band inspired them, he always has said his direct influence was Nirvana

Listen as the drums come in, in the beginning - Sam was trying to play it even faster than they maintained throughout the rest of the song. Still, fantastic live version!

The crowd took it for granted. And I love this performance but they were playing wayyyy too fast and it sounded like it fell apart in some bits

Loved Interpol for the first three or so albums but then when I realized that they were never gonna change up their sound or take interesting risks in their music I lost interest
See I feel their music got more boring as their discog went on vs. staying the same. This album was perfection.
