Question for someone. How does the BBC come up with the idea that this song has very strong language? I for one couldn't hear any kind of language that would be considered as strong. Just a thought. Great job Interpol btw!! Love you guys.
It's what the BBC puts under every glato video as it's live so they don't know what's coming up so to cover themselves they add a strong language warning
@@carlobetts11 agree, it's kinda sad what happened to Banks's voice, and I don't understand why they're rushing with tempos..anyway this was a good performance nevertheless
Listen as the drums come in, in the beginning - Sam was trying to play it even faster than they maintained throughout the rest of the song. Still, fantastic live version!
Loved Interpol for the first three or so albums but then when I realized that they were never gonna change up their sound or take interesting risks in their music I lost interest
How is it that the audience doesn't get excited by Roland played with that energy? One of their best performances so far
Eduardo Mata it’s a poser festival that’s why

They played it better in their heyday, 2001 - 2005...check out the eurokenees full gig

Such a underrated band

*wins best album of 2002* yeah sure buddy
Thesd guys are at headliners level!
Defo, drummer just needs to slow the tempo a bit and they need Carlos back for a fuller sound.
They make some of the best Outros period.
Desde 2001 mantienen la misma energia, es increible esta banda.
I would kill to be in a concert like these
From New York , The Big 🍎 ! Interpol !
Através do filme 'A casa de cêra' eu conheci essa música a uns 10 anos atrás, e escuto as músicas deles até hj. Amooo
Amo tanto o filme quanto a música

First time hearing this band, hearing a strong Sex Pistols and 90's Bowie influence
And a HUGE joy division influence
Pixies too

Great job Interpol btw!! Love you guys.
It's possibly because of the lyrics: 16 knives, carrying them around, etc...
It's what the BBC puts under every glato video as it's live so they don't know what's coming up so to cover themselves they add a strong language warning
Because it mentions knives but not a knife license.

What strong language?

shouldn't his voice be lower now that he is older?

Joy division
