Well I’m north east technically still in that area ! Lol Wylie is still in Collin County! It’s still my top county. Well it also depends on school district too you could be in little elm for example and be in frisco isd which has higher property tax vs little elm isd which has lower property tax that same things applies with Princeton and McKinney it varies from what school they are zoned for.
Outside of techie types and doctors, who can afford these new builds? They're building these type of high end suburbs in my area but the only folks who can afford them are the doctors and state employees. All of these huge, gorgeous houses being built while thousands sleep in tents. Shameful.

Can You Go South, Like Desoto, Cedar Hill, Glenn Heights, Duncanville, Lancaster. Theres New Construction Everywhere!!!! I Live In East Dallas.
Oh yea definitely a lot of new builds everywhere I could try to hit those areas too!
