So cute when PJ comes around that second time and you can just see him being like "Yeahhhh, I got this, I know this, let's just give an extra showoffy push here and a few bragging tail flicks there!" Adorable. Good for him!
Love the video! So good to see PJ in action -- what a soldier! -- and -- Riot = major swoon!! So excited for you to have such a stellar partner. PS. Would love to hear updates about Henri, Hwin, Indy and Emit...which 2 are heading to Calif? xoxo
PJ is coming along so well! Riot is amazing! Hope everything goes well with PJ and Riot! Also, is PJ your horse or are you just doing the makeover with him?
Rumabx many people use horses as money, so a wealthy owner would own several competition horses, and then give the rides to good riders- similar to sending a horse to a trainer :)
No hate, no hate but the horses tail is quite active and I would never suggest a whip or a bit. I would never ride in spurs and I see in a clip you kicked with them! No hate just voicing my opinion any one wanna whine to me go ahead with your big bits chains and spurs and horse that just loves jumping. Go ahead and hate on me all you want if you want a professional discussion I'm up for it. I definitely don't agree with the pain devices used. Especially for a young horse. And I KNOW I'm not changing anyone's opinion about this and you are not gonna change mine I can be a stubborn little donkey with my opinions.
Bitless_ x people use spurs to encourage horses and she was not hitting him at all she was just telling him that he is fine and he can go ahead and go do you research before saying that she kicks the horse with sours and those should not be used on young horses its just a little aid to tell them to go ahead she is not hurting him so go do your research.
If you watch all her videos you will see that she rides bareback, and bitless, without spurs quite a lot, even on her mustang's first rides, usually a trail ride, or on her advanced event horses. If you listen to her when she has a helmet cam on she is very encouraging with her horses, takes the blame for all her mistakes, never the horse's fault. She uses the spurs as a cue, not a punishment, and the may give a horse a tap with the crop for attention, but never a hard hit. She also plays with her horses and gives them lots of love
I love Riot too. Didn't seem to take him long to get confident over the CC jumps and hazards.
You're such an inspiration❤️love watching all you videos and hearing your commentary
Of course the new horse is beautiful but PJ has an awesome ass end over the fences :). Very cool. Like him a lot!
Lacy Jinks yeah he's not bad for an old racehorse ;) He's pretty special! Really excited for his future!
Wow PJ is looking great! He is making so much progress! And omg how i love that new horse. He is so awesome! 😍
I LOVE PJ's wittle tail!! Did he have a goat friend at the track who ate the end off? Hehe. And Riot - so handsome - I have a horse crush now!
disherkm some other horses chewed it off with his previous owner. I can't wait until it grows out!!!
Elisa Wallace Eventing was he at a farm in Maryland I think he might be from my barn
I also have heard a lot of OTTB's have shorter tails due to running at high speeds and tail strand breakage.
InstaBlaster.

Paratenic Host yes. I'm competing in the thoroughmakeover/retired racehorse project in October at the Kentucky Horse Park with Pj.

How all the Mustangs you have doing? You should do a barn tour?
Also I recently got the Breyer hwin
Are you going to be posting regularly now? I know you stopped for a bit after the Badminton, but that's understandable.
What kind of trailer do you have?? I have been looking for one with that kind of inside and I could never find it!!!
What was the music you use at the start?
I'm building a x country course and a barn I'll be studying your videos to get some great ideas ..where do you live?
PJ is coming along so well! Riot is amazing! Hope everything goes well with PJ and Riot! Also, is PJ your horse or are you just doing the makeover with him?
Awe buba
Are you gonna go down to poplar w/ him?
Amazing...How old are PJ and Riot? :)
ElliottEventing both are 8yo and born in 2009. I always put that info in their titles on the video as well :)
I think I'll call him bunny
Why is Practical Joker's tail so short?
MegaNatasha13 a horse chewed it off before I got him. It will grow.
Elisa Wallace Eventing oh ok.
were you around a cat while recording X'D
Why do top level horses have different riders from the owners? And why do some other have multiple owners? :)
Rumabx many people use horses as money, so a wealthy owner would own several competition horses, and then give the rides to good riders- similar to sending a horse to a trainer :)
Oh, thanks that makes sense :) Do the owners get a share of the prize money in return?
Rumabx probably- I'm not entirely sure how it works haha
Rumabx the rider the owner is loaning the horse to has to pay money
How's seven been doing?
Torri Simon seven has been sold.
Elisa Wallace Eventing oh ok. Thanks for the reply.
How old is he?
MyBayTB which one? Their birth year is listed along with their breed.
PJ. I couldn't find where it's listed.
Lol I thought there would be a riot over horse abuse with a bunch of people with signs or something
Have you ever fallen off at a xc schooling or show??

I use Spurs because mine doesn’t like to listen to my leg if I don’t have them! Spurs can be used responsibly without having them be “pain devices”
