Great video. I will add that after taking the nut off one of the pulleys to fit the belt in, the pulley still wasn't coming off. I hit it w PB Plaster, it still want coming off. My sons friend was over and said I have a pulley puller.... huh? I admit I never heard of such a tool.... he brought it over and wham-o it finally came off. A great tool to have!

Agreed, oem is always better especially with a carburetor. I been replacing on with a nock off version. Better spend the money now or you will eventually. In my own opinion. Next up is the belts it's getting that time.

Good afternoon. You probably don't have such an opportunity at the moment. But maybe? Is it possible to show how to mount a snowblower to John Deere D series tractors? Maybe in the future? Thank You.

I do not install snow blowers or blades. In my opinion, I do not recommend it due to the machines are not built strong enough to hold up to the abuse from attachments. The life of the machine will be cut in 1/2. Front suspension and steering on these machines wear quickly and will have issues much sooner if you install attachments. Just my thoughts.

Nice video good sir. Question, what's the general rule of thumb on when it's time to replace if it hasn't snapped or looking frayed? Do you go by hours or just run to failure? I have a 2017 Cub Cadet XT2 with about 200 hrs on the clock that still look and work fine (no slipping). I know the old adage "it it ain't broke don't fix it" but I don't want to create a problem by running it too long either. Thanks for your awesome channel. Cheers.

I would go with the belt until you need one. Just make sure you have one on the shelf so you’re not down for long. Buy a OEM (original equipment manufacturer) belt not aftermarket.
