La Casa Pacifica, originally known as the Cotton Estate, holds a prominent place in California history. Hamilton H. Cotton reserved San Clemente's finest oceanfront parcel for his own estate. His vision was to model his home after an Andalusian-themed manor he had seen in San Sebastian, Spain.

I believe this is still a private residence. However, you can visit Casa Romantica which was built by the founder of San Clemente for his private residence. It has an amazing view from a hill top that looks out over the Pacific and the San Clemente Pier. In my opinion the view trumps Nixon’s place. Founder of San Clemente was Ole Hanson. San Clemente is well with your time to visit!

Richard Nixon bought this place in 1969 for $350k & it was his Western White House. Current owner is old Nixon pal Gavin Herbert, who is asking a cool $75mil.

It's also the place where Nixon retreated to after he got forced out. It served as Nixon's "Elba" for the first 5 years following his resignation. When exploring the various sites in SoCal for his presidential library, Nixon considered La Casa Pacifica as the site of his presidential library, but it didn't materialize.
I have read somewhere that Nixon's spirit haunts this former Western White House from time to time.

Beautiful place. Can you tour the place? Nixon lived here 1969 to 1980.

    Casa Pacifica,
Wasn't Casa Pacifica once owned by President Richard Nixon?
    Who owns it now?
    Could it already be mine?
    Curious Carol?

Extend pool to 75'. If a woman is smart she'll keep her figure. You're expendable.
