I was so relieved, I’d ran round like a maniac filming all my drone shots that morning, then speed walked round for 3 hours for this vid. Was lovely to sit on a coach for 5 hours after!😄

The differences in the number of dwarves are due to the fact that there are official ones and others placed privately. In front of my gym there is a little dwarf lifting a dumbbell. The dwarf is always thematically related to the place where he is.

What a great film. And well done for pronouncing Wrocław correctly. Just one point of information. Unlike Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia etc Poland was never actually part of the Soviet Union. After the war, the Soviet Union installed a communist regime in Poland, which would do what the Soviet Union told it to do, just as they did in Czechoslovakia, East Germany, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria etc
These regimes were meant to act as a protective wall between the West and the Soviet Union. They were known as the Warsaw Pact countries and although the regimes were (mostly) loyal to Moscow they weren't part of the Soviet Union itself.

And that's why you wanna use the map or the app! There are easily 100 dwarfs to find on market square alone, but you need to know where to find them! In particular you missed those before and inside the restaurants. 😄

If you liked Gdansk and Wrocław, be sure to see the gothic Toruń. This is the most underrated Polish city. Elbląg is also nice - completely destroyed during WW2 and rebuilt in a modern Dutch style

Interesting. I've never heard of those cities. I'd love to explore more of Poland!

Love the info, Ben. I am afraid I would stub my toe on one and really piss them off with my choice language. I bet somebody has an IG that features each of these. I hope you like our geeky new channel name. We are rebranding to fit better with our mission to promote environmental and cultural preservation on our upcoming carbon-neutral UNESCO world tour. Cheers and keep up the fun. - Turtle
